    Hi
I’d like to start testing battery capacity and I like your setup. Do you recommend 1/0awg to connect from inverter to shunt/fuse and to battery terminals for testing purposes?
    Thanks

One thing to maybe note, the reading at the watt out put at the end.
Your reader is reading the watts being pulled obviously,
I am willing to bet that the inverter is giving the "true" output already including its own efficacy. Many inverters are between 4-10% based on manufactures electronic component selection of course.

That redodo BMS should have shut off pulling that much amps. That's kinda scary.

It’s got a 250 amp surge on it, and it will trip eventually, but it lets a lot of current through for sure👍🏻

High frequency inverters like these have far shorter life expectancies than low frequency inverters and they have a poorer surge capacity ratings for starting inductive loads. In fact, starting inductive loads will shorten the life expectancies of these high frequency inverters because they don't have an iron core, copper wound, output transformer whichbis why they're so light weight.

Pulls almost 2X the watts than similar inverters on idle, board is less than 1mm thick, the Capacitors are the most junky I ever saw.

If those 4 gauge wires aren’t capable of 3000 watts safely, why do they include them. It sounds like a potential fire hazard and eventual lawsuit

They can handle 3000 watts for a short period of time, but if you’re going to run that many watts continuously you’ll need much larger gauge wires. These cables got HOT while running this setup for only a couple of minutes.

I think that anything from china that connects to electricity is a potential fire hazard. It’s pretty much up to the end user to figure it out. And good luck with the lawsuit.

The cables of Ampeak pure sine wave 3000w is 3 Gauge based on the standard.Ampeak team will test it and improve.
