This was the surprise hit of Winter 2019. Literally beating food wars and all other Animes at its release. It was so popular in Japan it doubled the camping and tourism of the towns around Mt. Fuji.
Really Explains quite a bit about a few videos I’ve seen comparing the anime to real life locations...it’s really accurate.

Myanimelist says Yui's voice actress is voicing Inuyama Aoi (light brown haired girl), but not Nadeshiko (pink haired girl).
Yep Rin could be Mio and l definately see Nadeshiko as Yui :)
@@FZJanimated Sorry, but I think that'd be an insult to Nadeshiko. I found Yui to be annoying and too much of an airhead without really improving herself. When they timeskip to Senior year, she's practically the same person as she was when the show started. Nadeshiko, on the other hand, is constantly improving as a character, learning from her mistakes and is actually pretty smart.
@@drewholiday5085 Nadeshiko does sounds like Yui though, but once I heard Inuyama... I got the nostalgic vibes because that's definitely Yui-Chan.

Tin whistle actually. It's a traditional Celtic/Gaelic instrument. YC is one of the very few series I've seen in any medium that uses a whole bunch of authentic Celtic instrumentation. :)
What a comfy show. When Nadeshiko laid eyes on Mt. Fuji (and at Rin's journey), the OST made me feel like I was surrounded by the green rolling hills of Ireland.
This anime might be the first i ever saw that is just so calming to the point it put me to sleep (in a good way) i love the music and show

I used to go camping a lot when I was younger, and I fell out of it. This show really makes me want to go camping and do outdoor cooking again. it's just such a simple an beautiful anime and it's something I love to have on in the background while cooking

It's like my two favorite shows, K-on! and Non non biyori had a baby, a really gorgeous one.
This is my first time watching anime! Its awesome!
You are lucky, this is a great one.
Just goes to show that as long as the story's good, and the music and art can back it up, you don't need extravagant action scenes or otherworldly characters to draw attention.

Told my friends about this show. All I have to say is "Mount Fuji in the moonlight sitting around a campfire listening to the waves of the lake lapping up against the lakeshore. It literally doesn't get any comfier than that."

The part that made sure this was one of the best anime I have ever watched.
I grew up using a tent just like that. And I have equipment almost exactly like what the girl was using. I will actually watch this series I think.

Rewatching Yuru Camp again because of the movie that's coming out pretty soon. This anime _is,_ and always will be, the masterpiece that it is. Especially with its beautiful soundtrack.
When I first watched Yuru Camp, I really liked it and then at 21:12 I started to love it! ^^

Two weeks ago, I was at this campsite, and I ate curry noodles. It's completely accurate, even down to the vending machines. You even have to move the chain to get down the steep track. Of course, they also have Laid-Back Camp merch in the camp shop.
