I have just reset my iPhone 5s and when I go to set it up again I am unable to press "Set up manually." There is no issue with the screen as the phone responds to me on other sections of the setup like setting the language. It's like the OS doesn't realise there is a button there to press. I have tried updating, restarting and resetting again but when I get to the screen to select set up manually it will not let me press that.
Try a force restart to see if it works: Press and hold the home botton and power button at the same time until the Apple logo appears. Let the phone reboot and then set it up again.
