The cymbals sound great, but what impressed me the most is the playing was what a musical gigging drummer would play; much more so than most videos that just highlight the drummer's chops. Use of soft mallets on the cymbals, chimes, cymbal scrapes, bell work, rim shots, nice sounding kit, very musical. Well done.
Immidiatelly inspired me to sit on my drumset to play along. Who is on trumpet? Nils Peter Mondvaer?And the other musicians? Perfect formation! Thanks for the music!

He has so many chances to over-play and he just doesn't. So calm and reserved but still laying down such an awesome groove. It's wonderful.
true he keeps it tastefully minimum but at the same time varied and fulfilling, its just what he does best :)
