- The screamtasic Halloween Screams Fireworks of 2009 view from the Rivers of America at Disneyland in Anaheim, California. With the new and awesome addition of the same water screens used for Fantasmic to show the characters as with the globe in front of the castle.

To me, one of THE most inventive things I have ever seen was Disney's projection on water. When I first saw that during Fantasmic I seriously almost had an amazement breakdown. It was an entertainment technology precedent when they came up with that one. Or at least when they implimented it into their shows. They take the cake, and the whole bakery.
More like Disney actually acknowledging the existence of "The Hunchback Of Notre Dame" Such an underrated film.
Well the Black Couldren was even more underrated and even Atlantis, but for the Hunchback of Notre Dame there is nothing to complain about its as great as the other Disney Classics.
It must be so much watching the fireworks from there. I miss Disney.

The place to be is the castle, but its cool that they try to make the show good from all over the park

i remember watching this when i was little, and watching this gives me so many memories.
It's kinda funny when my little sister said that Jack looked like a baseball at the beginning.

it be nice if they brought back hunchback for the great story it is and all the wonderful music from it. it really is an inspirational movie.

The first version of World of Color had a great Hellfire segment with massive flamethrowers and fireballs. Last time I saw it, the scene was replaced by a Stranger Tides plug.
I had no idea they had screens launching the fireworks off in other setions of the park! I'll remember that next time I go on Halloween.

I saw this show in 2009 but I only got to see the fireworks and everything from the gates :/ I thought it was bad ass how they had all the villains singing! Disney Villains are the ultimate bad asses !!!!!! XD

That's a good spot. I went with my family meta the last week of October. It was awesomeness!! We were gonna stay in that area after Fantasmic!, but everyone wanted to leave, so we were pushed out. Oh well, great video.

They should use the fire effects on the water during the Hellfire sequence!
Really wish that they would have a cd of all the versions of the songs they play during these things. I know that some of them are for these events only.

I didn't get to see this when i was at Disneyland halloween night but I did get to do a lot of fun things and I ran around the park to every empty ride!!! :) It was a blast! I wanna do it again!!! Thanks for the Vid!!

WOW! I love the use of the water screens at ROA to be used in the show! Jack looks hella better in Water screen, So does Oogie and the other characters. I need to find YT on this cool affect!

I remember seeing the NBC version of the haunted mansion when it first opened at halloween, it was pretty awesome. too bad they didn't have this yet.

I was there and there wasn't much to appreciate. Sound quality was better in person but that's to be expected, it died for me when it wasn't Danny Elfmans voice for Jack, but Disney owns it so they really have no say in that.

Really cool. Do they use this screen and and then the ball by the castle at the same time so they have a few different viewing spots? If so the castle is a much better place to see it. The water screen ones seem way to close while the ball just sorta blends in when the fireworks are going off.

Disney should make a firework Halloween show with scary stuff for older people like teens or adults. If only the park had scary stuff like haunted houses/mazes. I know the majority is little kids but seriously wouldn't it been more of a thrill of us older kids? :D
They couldn't do that. First 3 quarters of the parks guests are kids and second what if you had kids with you? Right? I mean you can't give your kids nightmares because of yourself plus Disney doesn't want kids to hate their park.
They tried to go that route with the Frightfully Fun Parade in 2016 but it failed and they got too many complaints saying it was "too dark" so now it's called Mickey's Frightfully Fun Parade (for 2017) and is probably completely different and probably not gonna be as good as the version from 2016
