Reservation is given to ensure the representation of the talented Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes,Other Backward Castes people, women etc.
Reservation is given to equalize all the people of India that are made unequal due to 100% Caste Based Reservation given to Brahmins , Kshtriyas etc. in their respective fields.
49.5% Reservation was given to 90% population of India.
Now,EWS Reservation is also there for General Category Students. By the EWS Reservation rest of the society has no benefit it has been given because of Vote Bank Politics.
SC,ST,OBC etc. Reservation in India is not caste based Reservation.
Caste based reservation is in the Judiciary,Media etc. mainly for Brahmins and little bit for Kshtriyas and Vaishyas.

You can clearly see how well general category students are speaking, whereas the caste quota students are just there for free

I just focussed on ncerts for history,sociology and political science. Reading all the things throughly ( even boxes and images).
The more you read - the more things will get crystallised and concise.
For English - I did nothing much- just saw them pyqs and it’s basic grammar.
