Conan is by far hands down the best late night show host of all time. And just a hilarious all around entertainer.
I'd argue he's the most well rounded. Best would be a toss up between early Letterman and Craig Ferguson

@@seshdbn Craigs show was so different then any other talk show. He didn't really have obligations so he was free to just be funny all the time. In my mind he's in a different category than "talk show host".

What’s great about Conan is that he’s genuine and interesting to listen to. Plus, unlike most comedians, he isn’t forcing humor or jokes every second. He’s trying to have a well informed, laid back, and real conversation. It’s kind of refreshing to watch.

Ron's greeting just lit up my house. This just started autoplaying and I wasn't even paying any attention when he said Hi, but my heart swelled and my face creased up with a smile. Ron is my personal affirmation on demand. Just listening to his voice makes me wanna be a better person.

So Conan came through on his promise. These are two of the most, if not the most, genuinely nice comics in the biz. I've been watching Conan since I was a small child and over the years my appreciation for him has grown. Watching a random 30 seconds of Conan's silly show would never inform one that he's probably the smartest person in that studio. I don't think there is a better podcast guest than Conan O'Brien.

"Comic usually refers to a stand up comedian". So? Comic doesn't "always" refer to a stand up it just _usually_ does. If it doesn't always refer to a stand up that means it refers to other types of comedians sometimes. If comic only refers to stand ups you would have used the word "always" but you used the word usually because even you know this despite your stupid comment.
A comic refers to anyone who does comedy. Why would you leave such an asinine comment?

Its been therapy since 1993.
I was born in '94 so I have never lived in a world where Conan wasn't on TV and I am so thankful for that. Conan, Mulaney, Funches and Gaffigan are the best American comedians and they also happen to be great humans as well and I'm so thankful than half of them were in this podcast.

I had to come here to subscribe after I watched the comedy central "tales from the trip" with Ron Funches on mushrooms. Genuinely one of the best stories I've heard in a long time. I show up though and one of my favourite people is being interviewed by Ron himself. I love you Ron and Conan, the world needs more people like the two of you.

Conan and Reggie Watts both say "I don't know...", right before they say something intelligent and/or insightful. I appreciate that bc it's like they're saying 'I'm about to say something I've found to be true, but it may not be something you agree with, or be relevant to you', but w/o 'back-pedaling'.
Absolutely, they have that amazing attitude you see among open minded scientists. "Everyone! I found this thing and I'm not sure what it is or if it's useful but come check it out and we'll decide if it's worth our while."

Haha! I love that Ron gave a speech at the beginning about how trying hard is great and then Conan comes in saying that he likes that Ron doesn't seem like he tries hard, and at the end he says that sometimes you gotta not try and let things take their path.

Two of the most amazingly inspirational and hilarious people in comedy. I love when Ron and Conan get together. Hearing them talk about growing up and being funny and breaking into comedy makes me want to cry. God bless these guys for all they do for the world.

I LOVE Conan! By the way, I've also struggled with food addiction and I'm convinced it's what led to my Crohn's disease and other health issues. I know this will sound crazy to most, and trigger some of you emotionally impulsive folks, but eating a diet of almost exclusively fatty red meat has changed my life as well as those of thousands of others eating this way and sharing their results (including many people who were obese). Please look up the carnivore diet (Dr Shawn Baker is an influential proponent). I feel like it's unethical not to share this information with people who are struggling with their health. Don't appeal to authority (the poorly developed nutritional guidelines we've been force-fed our whole lives). Do what works for you.
