    From work week duration increasing somewhere to retirement age increasing somewhere else, this year isn't kind on the workforce, is it?

    A significant dilemma. While this problem now is unfolding in China (and again, they are to reach the global average of retirement ages now) the picture that can be imagined if the world faces this same issue is quite grim. As we all know global fertility rates are plummeting with time, who is to say this couldn't happen in our own country one day? Interesting episode from Connecting the Dots!!!

    iNDIA doesn't need to raise retirement age, since almost nobody reaches that age there.

    There's no reason for anger. People retire at 65 in most of the world. And, experienced professionals will help in economic growth of China
