I agree! This flight was quite lucky, we had a lot of tailwind so we flew quite fast. Thank you for watching :)

Hi are they strict with the 23kg baggage allowance. Would they allow 2-3kg over. How was the customer service.

Hello! With the baggage allowance, they were not that strict for me. It depends however, as some employees might be strict. Service was great, kind and with no problems.

you cannot get the comfort and pleasure of business class, because you will be kicked out of it. you will fly economy class, paying for business - and no apologies! Terrible service and lack of quality accident investigation! if you want to get rudeness for your money - fly LOT

Sorry, I think you meant British Airways, paying prices of standard economy for a Ryanair experience

I don’t understand why now all the long distance flight are use bus not the gate ! I hate Warsaw airport for this !

To be honest this was a pretty mediocre distance flight - it wasn't that long :) And as for Warsaw Airport, every time I fly LOT to/from London Heathrow, they always use bus gates. I assume it's something to do with passport control, but I don't know since British Airways always have gates. Thank you for watching!

I flew to London this march and they used jetbridge gates both ways. I'm really not sure on the logic of which ones are used, and possibly on weather switching gates are set up for Schengen or non Schengen flights in the given moment.

Because Warsaw Airport is full. Theres is not enough fir all planes. Warsaw needs a new big airport.
