I used to thought that her dodge ability and reducing enemies' accuracy are such wasteful talents to be together cuz if she can dodge, why you need that accuracy down? Then turns out that accuracy down can help other operators to survive due to enemies' missed attacks.
Well, this archetyp asdp depends mostly on the distance the loop traveled so even with massive asdp buff, it will just sped up the throwing animation and the speed of her projectile? And not the speed of the projectile returning(sorry my English sucks)

bad news, loopshooter are not good with asdp buff because their attack are tied with the boomerang recall animation asdp buff just gonna make they throw faster but not with the boomerang animation
She looks... fine. Honestly seems like a pretty balanced release that does what she is intended to do all things considered. Her damage is alright, if a little low by 2024 standards but this seems intentional due to her survivability sub-niche. Kind of annoying they had to make the survivability partly rng-based. All that being said, tankiness on a high ground op is... almost never something that has ever been valued historically at any point. People shit on archetypes like Crushers, Hunters and Abjurers' designs (and for good reason) but Phalanx Casters are rarely ever brought up as one of the failed design archetypes. Sure Lin saw usage in a very hyper-specific scenario in Battleplan#2 but that was literally only because low ground stall was factually not an option. Ultimately you are left with a unit that has taken a damage loss in exchange for good survivability in a game where Wiš'adel already exists with more damage and seemingly more survivability that isn't rng-based. As I said, I think she's fine. Not bad but I think this is certainly one of the weakest banners of the year so far along with Nymph.
