It's still a reasonably valuable skill, though... there isn't too much need for it in a lot of cases. They've been giving her more synergy options with Stun, so her value as an operator is still there, just that her role has shifted a bit when it comes to harder content

His skill have different uses one pulling just like his partner, 2 A nice AFK skill further enhancing his power and act like centurion. 3 is very unique and satisfying to use. Ulpianus is even Stronger with Abyssal Hunter especially Gladia. Rate: 8.9/10 Nymph: Primal Caster very reliant on the Ritualist to excel significant damage. 2nd Skill one of her best niche showcase a new mechanic which all enemies are not immune (which an effect I hope nightmare have) to adding the fact it can deal Elemental damage makes it very strong but requires some SP battery to be spammable. Being able to Deal more elemental damage is a good kit to have can be enable by Arturia the Virtuosa. Rate: 8/10 Narantuya: One of the most interesting archetype the talent that improves her survivability and debuffing enemies by stealing their atk. def. Its have shown this on Ines and Ascalon Kit. Her skills is interesting really amplify her power to some extent with diffirent variation. Similar to Pepe she Showcase how strong this archetype 6 star variant can be by utilizing their traits. This current CN Summer Event orchestrated this very well. Rate 8/10 Reed Alter: when she was release I knew I will pull for her 2 skills are one of the most well made skill design that sometimes broke the game Her debuff and healing talent ensuring to benefit each other around her. Rate: 9.5/10 Ascalon: The longest DoT damage dealer and provide decent slow enough to maximize her damage. One of the archetype that really need Atk. Spd. Similar to Ch'en Alter. Her skills are strong and compliments her DoT talent (She is True AOE). Her banner release is at the unfortunate spot but she is great. Rate 9/10 Executor Alter: As much as I like Reaper Guard this Operator have everything an enmity operator needs and the fact he has def ignore an Ammo base operator/ Atk. Recovery Skills. I don't have him but the requirement he needs to excel is not great for me. Rate 9/10 Ela: I'm glad I got shu on the 1st Day so I can save for limited collab event. Ela is indeed unique operator on her archetype. I mean all the 4 Operator in these event is doing something unique. She is at first seems doesn’t do much but it shows her mines are OP she only limit to have 4. Fragility is one of the debuff that is force to be recon with how much damage it can amplify. Rate: 9.2/10 Best Anniversary Banner w/Chapter 14 as the Event Logos: 4th 6 Star Core Caster but holy an operator who is long been NPC became an absolute unit bringing strong unique niche to the table. A talent that debuff enemies in 2 ways and have a chance to multi-hit. Skill 1 Infinite Execute Ability. Skill 2 became arts tanky Target lock Skill 3 Domain Range expansion slows projectile and attack 5 enemy A module that give him an ability to deal elemental damage. Rate 10/10 Wis'adel: Powercrept everyone even herself. the PV of hers really prove a point both Renegade and Arsonist compels how strong she can be. Going for Wisadel and Logos, so I can finally play my Faction niche. Babel Knight. Or Mother and Children knight (Theresa, Amiya, Wisadel, Logos and Ascalon). Might want to pull Nymph also, but I'm still not sure which faction she's belong to, even after reading her story.
I disagree with reed alter. Shes extremely casual friendly; her s3 feels like an arts delete button in similar vein to someone like degen or mlynar for casual content. And she also has a place for high end content with both S2 and S3. Shes honestly not hard to use since she's self-sustaining, high damaging, while being very supportive of the entire team with arts fragility and healing. I think shes similar to Executor in being multiple operators in one imo. Which prolly means Ascalon, Reedic, and Exalter are all exchangeable. On top of that, she's a top started pick in IS. (Speaking as a casual-brained Dokutah who has every meta op in EN)
Her S2 is the hard one to use optimally, the condition is easy, sandwiching the enemy with texas2 S2 and surtr S3 or any other operators before using S2 but in reality it's quite hard. the majority of problems are not all the maps can utilize this specific placement.

A good ranking, though there are points where I don't agree with you. I'd personally put Ulpianus higher than Narantuya, because even though his 0 def is a glaring weakness, he also has one of the best burst damage. Instead, Narantuya has no glaring weakness, but also no glaring good points other than her defensive capacities as a sniper. So she is easily replaced by others, unless you're running a sniper only team like you showcased her on. I also don't agree with how you showcased Pepe only as a stun locker, and didn't speak at all of her first talent that show she is more intended as a laneholder. Though I agree that she is underwhelming compared to the rest. And finally, you didn't speak at all of Nymph S3, which combined with Virtuosa S3, is the best true damage you can deal, simply skipping boss's damage reduction mechanics like Sanguinarch and Mandragora. I do understand that you need Virtuosa, who is a limited operator that not eveyone have, but a mention of this monstrous combo would have been good at the very least. Edit : I forgot about Reed Alter, where I also don't agree with how you showcased her. People don't use her as a healer so there is simply no need to compare her to Eyja Alter, a pure healer. People use her for her DPS, her AOE capacities, and her self sustain due to her class, and few use her S3 for burst healing.
Explain how does Ulpianus has one of the best burst damage in-game with a 25 sec skill? Narantuya is such a good debuffer, both with her enemy accuracy debuff and atk,def steal, she has one of the highest dps in game and becomes a monster with a few buffs Against most enemies Logos+Virtuosa can do what Nymph+Virtuosa does but better, plus he is still useful without Virtuosa
it goes to personal preference I think. Narantuya is good more consistently than Ulpianus so I gave her a better ranking for that. Pepe really doesn't feel like a laneholder with much downtime on her S3 and depending on killing shit to mitigate that but she is very new so we'll see how she does in the future. Nymph S3 isn't there because if you want to kill actual strong enemies with it virtuosa is kinda required and not only is she a limited 6* who will never rerun but if I allow external ops to help then should I also consider shit like the entire abyssal hunter squad to help Ulpianus when ranking him? Besides S3 is the secondary skill compared to S2 so I don't think there's a problem there. For Reed the stage I used her in was literally her only killing shit so I did use her as a dps AOE and not for healing, her not being higher is because like I said she isn't as straight forward to use as some of the later entries while reaching around the same level as them and she doesn't reach as high as ops like Ela even if she is harder than Reed so relative to them I think she is lower, comparing her to eyja was to say you also don't nee her healing on top of the difficulty to use compared to later entires

As a CN player Ulpianus is really under Narantuya on overall gameplay, Ulpian shine lot better with abyssl squad but that's a benefic or limitation factor, as for nymph, I can understand your complain, she's really not that good solo, either S2 need SP battery to work very well OR necrosis dealer ally for her S3. I have them all m3/M6
I think the only problem with Ash and with Pepe is that any boss now is imune to stun, so all they can do is kill elites, and there is a ton of units that can do it.
I really appreciated your going into detail on how to push Wišadel to have more going on with her than "win button with no drawbacks"! I've been seriously considering rolling for Logos and skipping building her so that I'm not tempted by the allure of braindead strats that I'd ultimately have less fun with. However, learning more about the potential nuances of her kit opens up the possibility of best of both worlds: funny big number AND interesting gameplay. -So yeah, if you feel up for making that kind of vid, I'd love to see it!
Ela's Grzmot Mine was supposed to be like in this collab later on. But since it was slightly too powerful in the original game, they decided to nerf her, removing the slow effect for the sake of the balancing.
I am assuming it's because the higher ranked Operators literally don't need faction bonus to annihilate everything. Anyone from the Abyssal Hunters squad already have insane synergy with each other, it feels like the game is telling you to run the full AH squad together always, and when you do, running AH operators without each other feels...different. Not underwhelming, just different. Just my thoughts.
@@FBread-xj8qk Ulpianus is really popular in IS5 even without other hunters, with a decent amount of people considering him the best guard in IS5. He benefits from a crazy amount of relics compared to other operators, he can self purge necrosis build up, draw aggro and if you get some SP on deploy relics the run is almost already over. IS5 maps feature a lot of lines his move skill can abuse. Also, in general modes Shu is enough for Ulpianus survivability if you don't want Gladiia.
Most important power ranking: Pepe is Namie's child. But tbh, Nymph seems pretty fun and I can't wait for the goofy strats for CC and stuff. Btw, has anyone run a team of Logos, Virtuosa, Nymph and Ascalon for maximum necrosis and shenanigans? I imagine you can set up a pretty ridiculous kill zone between them.
The way "Fear" Crowd control works is like the following : The feared enemy mark a tile behind him around 180° -Away from the fear source - Than he have 5s to walk into that tile, If the tile is in place unreachable, The enemy well be circling around himself. TL'DR/ If you want the best fear effict you need an open place first or good RNG. It's not always a bad thing, having an enemy stuck in one tile is also good for your DPS operators.

I like this list a lot, only thing i would change is i think Reed Alter is higher, yes she is not as simple to use as others but her ceiling with S2 or S3 is just insanely high. Also for Nymph i tuink you should have shown her strenght with S3 paired with Virtuosa; also Logos deserved an S2 Mention. Anyway very good and useful video, only critique i have, pls don't show story chapter bosses that have still yet to come to global like in the Logos showcase, a lot of people don't like getting spoiled on story
Great video! I think it pretty much lines up with my expectations except that you made a very good case for Ascalon which I didn't expect. As far as pulling plans go...no idea to be honest. I have quite a stockpile since I wasn't willing to go hard for Shu (was hoping I'd get her instead of Zuo Le but thems the breaks. We always have support units). I never played or had interest in R6S, but Ela looks fun enough that I'll pull there. If that goes cleanly, might even go for Ash's banner, but that's uncertain. Saving until Walter was the plan after that, but now I have to consider Ascalon. Yeah, I just realized I have no idea what my plans are. Love these videos though.

Pepe's best trait is definitely big aoe stuns. Her dph is great too but the stuns are what make her different from the rest of the oongaboonga guards at this point.
S tier tier list but I think Ascalon should be at 3rd really. Her slow niche is pretty nice consider how other ops like Passenger Mostima Manticore does no damage. Also the reduce accuracy made her much more versatile than Fedex and Ela i think.
My pull plans: Ash: Already have her, and suprised that i dont use her that much any more Ela: Absolutely. A trapmaster/sniper that can easily add fragile wherever the enemy goes. MUST GET HER Reed: Already have her, and absolute love. She is so friggin good Ascalon: Shes cool and all, but not really interested. Skip Wisadel: Man, the power-creep is really starting to infect everyone these days. And not just a power creep. A friggin nuke bomb of an operator. I hate W as a character, but there is no way im not gonna pull for her Logos: ABSOLUTELY FUCKING YES. I have waited for this man to break out of NPC jail for so long, and finally he's here. I would already get him cause he is a husbando, but thank goodness he is a fucking machine. The strongest caster actually proved his worth when as a playable character Ulpianus: ALSO FUCKING YES. I HAVE TO HAVE EVERY HOT HUSBANDO IN MY GRASP (I want him to crush me with his thighs). And hes absolute bonkers for my abyssal team, so YES Nymph: Im unsure to pull for her or not. Design wise, NO for me, but her skill that allows enemies to be frightened is very tempting. Will wait until her banner comes to make a decision Pepe: I really wanna skip her. But shes limited, so nope Narantuya: She seems really cool (and more interesting than the limited) so will try to pull for her
I feel like I'm in a position, with my 280 operators, where I don't have to adhere to meta anymore. I can clear 95% of content without using my brain and the really hard parts can usually be cleared with Mlynar. I feel like I want to get all the Abyssal Hunters and so I will. I feel like not getting any Sui operators and so I don't. Having enough cornerstones, I now have a freedom to not roll for any new operators at all.
If i have zuo le, does he overlap with executor's niche? I know fedex is good against mob but zuo s2 can clear mob with better skill cycle too? My impression is fedex better against weaker but more numerous mob since his attack is aoe, Zuo is limited to 2 block count for s2 or 3 target with s3, but he thrives in harder content & crazy good with harder enemies, for example relicless a15 is4
I would rank Ulpianus above Narant and Nymph because his drawback practically doesn't exist, while bringing dph that can make Ray look like a joke while having a very unique&useful mechanic on s3. Not to mention he can afk duo trivialise many stages with Gladiia, including steam knight boss stage.
When i see the r6 collab and rerun i want to get both banner but ash is already too old and there are so many sniper so I'm gonna get ela and save the rest for wisadel
Strat idea: Deploy Ela's mine near the base so Ascalon's DoT can finish a tanky enemy or deploy Ela's mine to assist Fast Redeply DPH, specifically I think YatoR fares really well with Fragility
I'm surprised. This one of the very few Arknights operators rankings that I completely agree. The number 1 and 2 are irreplaceable and the undisputed best units in the game. Logos and Wis'adel's banner is indeed the strongest banner in Arknights history. I doubt they will ever get powercrept.
This definitely sounds dumb but man I am actually more excited about Pepe skill 1 the most at a glance lol. Removing cc on a 5s cd seems really nice in some cases.
I disagreed with Ulpianus being ranked that low, but it seems like everyone after him just breaks the game somehow. Like, he can't compete with changing the boss's path, exploding everything while taking 0 damage, erase everything with AFK, etc. Poor guy was just following the rules.
Reedalter is my favorite Op to play and I think comparing her to other medic is wrong. You don't play her to heal other units, that side of her kit is like a bonus. She is more of a Caster for me, she is here to do big damage. Like you said her kit doesn't have a weakness (skill downtime is a bit lackluster but like other ops) but there is stages she can trivialise with her explosions on death with S3.
I'll never stop shitting on bad subclasses, especially after "HG special" (making 6* who is basically negates most of subclass drawbacks). This was with Ray, who more or less ignores ammo mechanism that is core of subclass kit. (Imagine not giving S3's forced reload to all subclass characters). Now, with Crushers, who elevated their subclass from "trashcan" to, "somewhat bad" (wow, who would've thought you can give operator 0 def stats but also Shelter/selfheal, so he wouldn't feel like expensive roadblock). As for other ops (at least those I saw gameplay and made at least some opinion): Reed Alter is 3rd best medic in the game (after Nightingale and Eija) her damage and healing solved a lot of stages for me. (also ASMR voice, so +50 points). Ascalon is sadly just have bad banner placement: I doubt f2p would pull (or go past guaranteed) for her, since right around the corner there are 2 OPerators who are simply insane in terms of power level. If not for Place #1 and #2, she'd be pretty high in my prio. Exalter is a strong Guard in a strong Guard subclass, not much to be said here tbh. Ela... well doing Ela things: Having sniper operator, who can also do on-demand Project Red stunbomb or inflict fragile in (almost) any point of the map sure is nice. W... well, being "good enough" wasn't fine with her so she decided to become next Surtr, I guess.
I am going get ela, ash and ulpianus. Reason i want ela and ash : They are the super limited. Look at ash, she almost 2 year got the rerun. Ulpianus : DADDYYYYY!!!!! PLZ BE MY FATHER!!!!
I mean, the only one he compares to there is Mountain. Degenbrecher and Mlynar are forms of burst DPS, and Mlynar is only ranged bait when not using his skill. As the video mentions, FedEx is a lane holder, and while he isn't as braindead easy to use as Mountain, he can still be extremely self-sufficient while dealing high true AOE damage with defense ignore. If you decide to build him, though, his level 3 module is mandatory. If you have him, I don't see why you wouldn't.

I disagree with reed alter. Shes extremely casual friendly; her s3 feels like an arts delete button in similar vein to someone like degen or mlynar for casual content. And she also has a place for high end content with both S2 and S3. Shes honestly not hard to use since she's self-sustaining, high damaging, while being very supportive of the entire team with arts fragility and healing. I think shes similar to Executor in being multiple operators in one imo. Which prolly means Ascalon, Reedic, and Exalter are all exchangeable. On top of that, she's a top started pick in IS. (Speaking as a casual-brained Dokutah who has every meta op in EN)

Her S2 is the hard one to use optimally, the condition is easy, sandwiching the enemy with texas2 S2 and surtr S3 or any other operators before using S2 but in reality it's quite hard. the majority of problems are not all the maps can utilize this specific placement.

A good ranking, though there are points where I don't agree with you. I'd personally put Ulpianus higher than Narantuya, because even though his 0 def is a glaring weakness, he also has one of the best burst damage. Instead, Narantuya has no glaring weakness, but also no glaring good points other than her defensive capacities as a sniper. So she is easily replaced by others, unless you're running a sniper only team like you showcased her on.
I also don't agree with how you showcased Pepe only as a stun locker, and didn't speak at all of her first talent that show she is more intended as a laneholder. Though I agree that she is underwhelming compared to the rest.
And finally, you didn't speak at all of Nymph S3, which combined with Virtuosa S3, is the best true damage you can deal, simply skipping boss's damage reduction mechanics like Sanguinarch and Mandragora. I do understand that you need Virtuosa, who is a limited operator that not eveyone have, but a mention of this monstrous combo would have been good at the very least.
Edit : I forgot about Reed Alter, where I also don't agree with how you showcased her. People don't use her as a healer so there is simply no need to compare her to Eyja Alter, a pure healer. People use her for her DPS, her AOE capacities, and her self sustain due to her class, and few use her S3 for burst healing.
Explain how does Ulpianus has one of the best burst damage in-game with a 25 sec skill?
Narantuya is such a good debuffer, both with her enemy accuracy debuff and atk,def steal, she has one of the highest dps in game and becomes a monster with a few buffs
Against most enemies Logos+Virtuosa can do what Nymph+Virtuosa does but better, plus he is still useful without Virtuosa
Pepe isnt that impressive as a laneholder either. She cant heal herself so Executor and Zuo obliterates her on comparisons
it goes to personal preference I think. Narantuya is good more consistently than Ulpianus so I gave her a better ranking for that. Pepe really doesn't feel like a laneholder with much downtime on her S3 and depending on killing shit to mitigate that but she is very new so we'll see how she does in the future. Nymph S3 isn't there because if you want to kill actual strong enemies with it virtuosa is kinda required and not only is she a limited 6* who will never rerun but if I allow external ops to help then should I also consider shit like the entire abyssal hunter squad to help Ulpianus when ranking him? Besides S3 is the secondary skill compared to S2 so I don't think there's a problem there. For Reed the stage I used her in was literally her only killing shit so I did use her as a dps AOE and not for healing, her not being higher is because like I said she isn't as straight forward to use as some of the later entries while reaching around the same level as them and she doesn't reach as high as ops like Ela even if she is harder than Reed so relative to them I think she is lower, comparing her to eyja was to say you also don't nee her healing on top of the difficulty to use compared to later entires

As a CN player Ulpianus is really under Narantuya on overall gameplay, Ulpian shine lot better with abyssl squad but that's a benefic or limitation factor, as for nymph, I can understand your complain, she's really not that good solo, either S2 need SP battery to work very well OR necrosis dealer ally for her S3. I have them all m3/M6

I think the only problem with Ash and with Pepe is that any boss now is imune to stun, so all they can do is kill elites, and there is a ton of units that can do it.
I really appreciated your going into detail on how to push Wišadel to have more going on with her than "win button with no drawbacks"! I've been seriously considering rolling for Logos and skipping building her so that I'm not tempted by the allure of braindead strats that I'd ultimately have less fun with. However, learning more about the potential nuances of her kit opens up the possibility of best of both worlds: funny big number AND interesting gameplay.

Ela's Grzmot Mine was supposed to be like in this collab later on. But since it was slightly too powerful in the original game, they decided to nerf her, removing the slow effect for the sake of the balancing.

I am assuming it's because the higher ranked Operators literally don't need faction bonus to annihilate everything. Anyone from the Abyssal Hunters squad already have insane synergy with each other, it feels like the game is telling you to run the full AH squad together always, and when you do, running AH operators without each other feels...different. Not underwhelming, just different. Just my thoughts.
@@FBread-xj8qk Ulpianus is really popular in IS5 even without other hunters, with a decent amount of people considering him the best guard in IS5. He benefits from a crazy amount of relics compared to other operators, he can self purge necrosis build up, draw aggro and if you get some SP on deploy relics the run is almost already over. IS5 maps feature a lot of lines his move skill can abuse. Also, in general modes Shu is enough for Ulpianus survivability if you don't want Gladiia.

The way "Fear" Crowd control works is like the following :
The feared enemy mark a tile behind him around 180° -Away from the fear source - Than he have 5s to walk into that tile, If the tile is in place unreachable, The enemy well be circling around himself.
TL'DR/ If you want the best fear effict you need an open place first or good RNG.
It's not always a bad thing, having an enemy stuck in one tile is also good for your DPS operators.

I like this list a lot, only thing i would change is i think Reed Alter is higher, yes she is not as simple to use as others but her ceiling with S2 or S3 is just insanely high. Also for Nymph i tuink you should have shown her strenght with S3 paired with Virtuosa; also Logos deserved an S2 Mention.
Anyway very good and useful video, only critique i have, pls don't show story chapter bosses that have still yet to come to global like in the Logos showcase, a lot of people don't like getting spoiled on story
Great video! I think it pretty much lines up with my expectations except that you made a very good case for Ascalon which I didn't expect. As far as pulling plans go...no idea to be honest. I have quite a stockpile since I wasn't willing to go hard for Shu (was hoping I'd get her instead of Zuo Le but thems the breaks. We always have support units). I never played or had interest in R6S, but Ela looks fun enough that I'll pull there. If that goes cleanly, might even go for Ash's banner, but that's uncertain. Saving until Walter was the plan after that, but now I have to consider Ascalon.
Yeah, I just realized I have no idea what my plans are. Love these videos though.

Pepe's best trait is definitely big aoe stuns. Her dph is great too but the stuns are what make her different from the rest of the oongaboonga guards at this point.
S tier tier list but I think Ascalon should be at 3rd really. Her slow niche is pretty nice consider how other ops like Passenger Mostima Manticore does no damage. Also the reduce accuracy made her much more versatile than Fedex and Ela i think.

Narantuya: She seems really cool (and more interesting than the limited) so will try to pull for her
I feel like I'm in a position, with my 280 operators, where I don't have to adhere to meta anymore. I can clear 95% of content without using my brain and the really hard parts can usually be cleared with Mlynar. I feel like I want to get all the Abyssal Hunters and so I will. I feel like not getting any Sui operators and so I don't. Having enough cornerstones, I now have a freedom to not roll for any new operators at all.

If i have zuo le, does he overlap with executor's niche? I know fedex is good against mob but zuo s2 can clear mob with better skill cycle too?
My impression is fedex better against weaker but more numerous mob since his attack is aoe, Zuo is limited to 2 block count for s2 or 3 target with s3, but he thrives in harder content & crazy good with harder enemies, for example relicless a15 is4

I would rank Ulpianus above Narant and Nymph because his drawback practically doesn't exist, while bringing dph that can make Ray look like a joke while having a very unique&useful mechanic on s3. Not to mention he can afk duo trivialise many stages with Gladiia, including steam knight boss stage.

or deploy Ela's mine to assist Fast Redeply DPH, specifically I think YatoR fares really well with Fragility

I'm surprised. This one of the very few Arknights operators rankings that I completely agree. The number 1 and 2 are irreplaceable and the undisputed best units in the game. Logos and Wis'adel's banner is indeed the strongest banner in Arknights history. I doubt they will ever get powercrept.

I disagreed with Ulpianus being ranked that low, but it seems like everyone after him just breaks the game somehow. Like, he can't compete with changing the boss's path, exploding everything while taking 0 damage, erase everything with AFK, etc. Poor guy was just following the rules.

Reedalter is my favorite Op to play and I think comparing her to other medic is wrong. You don't play her to heal other units, that side of her kit is like a bonus. She is more of a Caster for me, she is here to do big damage.
Like you said her kit doesn't have a weakness (skill downtime is a bit lackluster but like other ops) but there is stages she can trivialise with her explosions on death with S3.

I'll never stop shitting on bad subclasses, especially after "HG special" (making 6* who is basically negates most of subclass drawbacks).
This was with Ray, who more or less ignores ammo mechanism that is core of subclass kit. (Imagine not giving S3's forced reload to all subclass characters).
Now, with Crushers, who elevated their subclass from "trashcan" to, "somewhat bad" (wow, who would've thought you can give operator 0 def stats but also Shelter/selfheal, so he wouldn't feel like expensive roadblock).
As for other ops (at least those I saw gameplay and made at least some opinion):
Reed Alter is 3rd best medic in the game (after Nightingale and Eija) her damage and healing solved a lot of stages for me. (also ASMR voice, so +50 points).
Ascalon is sadly just have bad banner placement: I doubt f2p would pull (or go past guaranteed) for her, since right around the corner there are 2 OPerators who are simply insane in terms of power level. If not for Place #1 and #2, she'd be pretty high in my prio.
Exalter is a strong Guard in a strong Guard subclass, not much to be said here tbh.
Ela... well doing Ela things: Having sniper operator, who can also do on-demand Project Red stunbomb or inflict fragile in (almost) any point of the map sure is nice.
W... well, being "good enough" wasn't fine with her so she decided to become next Surtr, I guess.

Asked this before on Reddit. Is Exec Alter worth leveling and the module mats when you already have/use Degen, Mlynar, and lesser extent Mountain
I mean, the only one he compares to there is Mountain. Degenbrecher and Mlynar are forms of burst DPS, and Mlynar is only ranged bait when not using his skill. As the video mentions, FedEx is a lane holder, and while he isn't as braindead easy to use as Mountain, he can still be extremely self-sufficient while dealing high true AOE damage with defense ignore.
If you decide to build him, though, his level 3 module is mandatory. If you have him, I don't see why you wouldn't.
