Lol, the abandoned cart thing is annoying (unless you're offering a coupon or sending them out as an alert when prices drop). Our work did a bunch of surveys and over 50% people mark vanilla reminders as spam if they can't shut them off. I'd imagine text reminders would be even more infuriating. Sometimes you have to put the marketing hat down and look at things from the perspective of the customer.

I installed some app for abandonded carts but i dont notice any improvement in my shopify store. I wish i can convert 1% of cold traffic to sales then another 1% to sales through them following my instagram and buying in the future. I need 10-20c traffic too which im almost getting.
I'm concerned with taking on more business related issues than I'm ready to, prepared for...or quite frankly...want to...I'm an Inventor, Designer that wants to create things to my liking kinda guy...DON'T WANT TO RUN A BUSINESS MYSELF, JUST CREATE
Any chance of recommending any other Customer service app that is not Zendesk? they have the worse customer service ever and had a terrible experience. A different service would be appreciated.
