Chris Pratt hits 11 on a scale of 1 to 10, for the Essex accent. The reason Graham Norton is so good, is because it is on the BBC, and there are no adverts on the BBC, we pay a licence fee, which they use to cover their costs. There is a big debate over scrapping it, which would then mean advertisements across the channels.
A couple good bbc shows in a jungle of poor ones doesn't justify having to pay a fee to watch all other terrerestrial channels when said fee only pays for bbc programme making.
The nationwide advertless radio channels (there are a fair few plus all the local BBC channels in your area) and international BBC world service, i would say, do make it worth it. There's also a huge educational tie in between the BBC and the Open University and all of the BBC bite size help for kids going through exams and tying in to curriculum, as well as all the early years stuff that a lot of schools rely on kids having access to at home through the BBC, if they're not well off enough to have ipads & easy access to RUclips and/or other digital resources.
You really need to see the whole Graham Norton episode with Matt Damon, Hugh Bonneville, and Bill Murray. They arrived having come from a show opening where they'd had a bit to drink, and they had a few more (too many?) drinks as their interviews progressed. It ended up being one of the funniest talk-show episodes ever. And Chris Pratt got that accent perfect!
I adore Graham Norton! He makes everyone so comfortable, you see the best of them. You should react to Dolly Parton on his show. He cleared his show to only host her that night. It's a treat!
I could watch the Graham Norton Show all day! Best guests, best banter and stories. Just everyone being themselves and having a great time. Just as Matt Damon said so himself 😄 thanks guys! All the best from London 💕
Always enjoy watching Graham Norton show with you two. Tweed is a beautiful woolen fabric made heavenly in Scotland. (And haggis) It is soft, warm, and water repellent to a certain degree. And even if wet, it stays warm. So, dudes, ya gotta get yourself some good tweed and then chow down on some haggis brownies.
The greatest Graham Norton episode is indeed the one with the guests of Jodie Foster, Russell Crowe, Ryan Gosling and Greg Davies. Watch it from start to finish , the chemistry of all the guests interacting you just don’t get on American talk shows. And for the record Gosling & Davies should do a movie 🍿 together 💯💯💯
YES!!! you forgot Bill Murray....Need to watch the whole episode though including Paloma Faith singing and joining them at the end of the show....it is hilarious and one of his best shows ever, which is really saying something..😃👍 🇬🇧.
Chris Pratt’s Essex accent (and I live in Essex) was absolutely brilliant. Krasinski and Blunt will be together forever. Just listen to how they talk about each other in interviews and how they look at each other. Love the Graham Norton show but not as much as Spencer and Dave. Nice one guys 👍👍😂😂
Just want to say that you two are awesome. Your content is great and hopefully you’ll both manage to take a trip here to ‘merry old England’. Not yet, mind, as it’s bloody freezing. Come in August lol All the best to the both of you 👍
I just watched you for the first time yesterday. I laughed so hard, last night I woke myself up laughing. And here I am again and subscribing thank you.
Tweed is what all really posh or very old fashioned people wear in the countryside in the UK, it's a horrible hard/scratchy woollen fabric, I had to wear a tweed suit to go to my bothers wedding when I was about 6, I don't think there was one photo of me smiling during the whole wedding! To this day I remember how much I hated that damn suit, it was horrific!🤣
well its more functional than anything. Used for the countryside its durable, water resistant, warm for the colder months, and breathable so it's great for outdoors in the weather of the UK.@@GBURGE55
Glad you like English/UK humour. Just a note: when editing your videos you need to balance the audio volume of the clip you're reacting to and your own volume. I gave up sliding the volume back and forth and just mute it until you finish commenting.
The Greg Davis part is just the beginning of the story. The rest of that episode has his crazy underwear story. I won't say more because I don't want to ruin it for anyone who hasn't seen it. I hope they see that part of the episode. It's hysterical!
Come to the north we all wear base ball caps up here. No tweed up here 😂oh Emily blunt is very posh! The posh accent only accounts for 2% of the british population. Chris was really good at the Essex accent. Graham Norton is Irish.
The last one was Maisie Williams who played Arya Stark in Game Of Thrones. Arya has a kill list which she recites every night and added Tom Hanks, Anthony Joshua & Graham to it.
Chris Pratt 10 out of 10.... knocked it out of the park... he could be on the TOWIE show and no-one would bat an eyelid... if he wasn't already famous of course..
The thing is, 9 times out of 10 you'll know at least who one or two of the guests are and the interactions between everyone will help you get to know the others. It's easier to name episodes I didn't like because that list is very short.
9:37 He normally interviews one person at a time, so she will either be next, or has been interviewed already. Can't remember if all guests come out at the start of the show, or if one person gets interviewed and then another comes out and joins them for their turn and so on.
Does the League of Gents DVD or Picture (can't tell) in the background mean it is something you have/will be reacting to? You should also add the amazing cult comedy Spaced with Simon Pegg, Nick Frost et-al to your list, it is a definite 'watch it in the correct order' programme but it's great
It’s not just the accent which is spot on, it’s also the glazed over look in the eyes and the nature of the chat which Chris Pratt also nails with his TOWIE impression, I love TOWIE but it is trash TV
I can't tell you how accurate Pratt's Essex accent is! 10/10.
Strangely he did a female voice 😱
@@chrisshelley3027 ....Yeah, so?
@@2eleven48 He was good at doing a female voice in an accent that was unusual to him, that's a gift that's all I meant.
@@chrisshelley3027 It's hard to tell the difference on TOWIE.
The "Ibifaa" was perfect 😂
From a brit...his accent is 100% spot on...he did it better than I could 😂
Graham Norton is the BEST talk so ever and I'm American.

No debate, they’re just robbing people, quite sure the show would be the same with an advert

In fairness I think the alcohol helps 😃 And Graham is really fabulous at working the crowd.
The BBC are only good at hiding nonces.
Chris Pratts impressio is 10/10. Absolutley spot on.
You really need to see the whole Graham Norton episode with Matt Damon, Hugh Bonneville, and Bill Murray. It was beyond perfect!
I adore Graham Norton! He makes everyone so comfortable, you see the best of them. You should react to Dolly Parton on his show. He cleared his show to only host her that night. It's a treat!
You need to watch the Matt Damon, Bill Murray, Hugh Bonneville and Paloma Faith episode. It unravels quick but everyone has a great time.
Yep, definitely 10 / 10 on chris Pratt's accent.

The fact that you like shows like this, tells me what awesome kind guys you to are and why I subscribed to all 3 channels. Don't ever change 🙏🙂.
I could watch the Graham Norton Show all day! Best guests, best banter and stories. Just everyone being themselves and having a great time. Just as Matt Damon said so himself 😄 thanks guys! All the best from London 💕

I live where they film the show TOWIE, Chris nailed that accent.
Only wear tweed if you can put up with really rough, wool fabrics next to the skin.
10/10 for Chris.
I just watched you for the first time yesterday. I laughed so hard, last night I woke myself up laughing. And here I am again and subscribing thank you.

You NEED to watch the parts with robbie williams ! He has no filter, it's brillant
10/10 for Chris Pratt.
Tweed is Wool, usually woven into a tartan pattern, and soaked in urine to harden the fabric.
Tweed is a wool fabric - sorta like your Plaid crossed with tartan - hope that helps...
Chris Pratt 10 out of 10.... knocked it out of the park... he could be on the TOWIE show and no-one would bat an eyelid... if he wasn't already famous of course..
Love the journey, that you’re now name checking Jimmy Saville haha

Proper Tweed Jackets are not cheap. They can go for £100 to £300.
Tweed is made from sheep wool and has be around since the 18th Century.
Chris Pratt's attempt was perfect.
that floating trick was amazing . best magic ever
That's a very good Essex accent. Love it.
Olivia Coleman and Emma Stone in the movie ”The Favourite”. Very good!
