Fun fact:
The Kids was to make the switch of the voice actors, since the original voices for gumball and Darwin got old. When their voices were super low and it just went up again, those were the new voice actors. They switched it mid episode

Yeah they did this twice actually, this episode and a later episode, except the in the later episode its just shown as a glitch.

THAT’S WHAT I THOUGHT. I had a feeling that glitch in The Copycats was a voice change. Wasn’t it also a foreshadow to the ending season?
I thought the voice cracking episode was a pretty smart way to change the voice actors of the main characters
@avengefullgirl95 Nah like they switched them to younger foo's because the og ones got too old. That's why they made a joke of puberty in the show and then suddenly their voices sound even younger.

Gumball is one of those few shows where I can truly say my favourite episodes spread across all seasons.
Gumball is really good at balancing a continuity with knowing that none of the cable watching audience would get to see things in order. Small carry overs from previous episodes work really well as gags on their own and if you do catch onto things it still works just as well!
Also, they always (to my knowledge) used mid-episode gags to swap out voice actors which was both really funny and helped it to transition much better imo
Yep. But I would like to see more continuity in season 7 (Hotdog guy and gumball, evil turtle returns, and ofc Rob) , especially since they left us on that cliffhanger for now 6 years
Love these binge compilations so much, being able to just have one continuous video for all my activities

In The Amazing World of Gumball, the ice cream cone character is Sarah G. Lato, a yellow student who is an obsessive fan of Gumball and Darwin. Jessica McDonald voices Sarah.
Not to spoil it (so I won't say too much), but yes, we do get to see Richard's dad (and both Nicole's parents) in later episodes :)
(We also do get a proper story of how Nicole and Richard meet)
