    That is me in the video "Bob Noakes." My partner and I produced these videos starting in 1985 under the name Information Factory. I haven't seen these in years, thanks for posting.

      Hey! I actually tried to find someone at "the information factory" for approval to post them. after no luck I just went for it thinking the information was dated and there didn't appear to be anyone trying to sell them. I like old instructional videos. its what we had before youtube.

      Can you answer a question for me? When did telegraph lines stop being in use altogether? I ask this question because I know that telegraphy still existed in the 70's and maybe later, but I don't ever remember seeing any telegraph lines being strung along the railroad track that ran through our town (the track has been gone since about the early 80's). Were they placed underground by that time like telephone lines? Or did the signals travel through microwave towers? Did local telephone companies ever provide telegraph circuits?
