Fern I admire your tenacity and dedication. Thank you for pursuing Mr. Legazpi, you all should get together and form a Philippine heritage society committee to conserve our national heritage!
I love old houses, it brings me back down memory lane. Just like the suggestion of Sir Nick, the government should help preserve old houses in our country to instill pride of our cultural heritage. I remember in Las Piñas City before, the local government offered tax incentives for keeping & preserving old houses. Likewise, it also encouraged the use of old architectural designs in the building of new houses & other structures.
C Atty Trixie Angeles, the formet 12:49 First Press Secretary of PBBM is knowledgeable about cultural heritage. She could help a lot to follow up the matter regarding Mr. NICK's concern
I genuinely had a great time viewing this episode, and it gave me a glimpse of hope that in the future, Quiapo and all its historic houses could be preserved and restored, allowing the entire nation to grasp the significance of our rich history. I propose that you, Fern, motivate Sir Nick and occasionally remind him to compose a letter addressed to either the Prince of Monaco or the Prime Minister of Monaco, urging them to save and refurbish the old and original consul house of Monaco in our homeland, so that it can be maintained as one of the ancestral houses in Quiapo.

Naalala ko tuloy ang Ma Mon Luk, jusme blooper ang fiance ko noon while we were ffng up with our wedding invitation@May 2002 Have you visited Negros specifically Silay City? I was so amazed when I was there just late last year. Kudos to LGU Silay City.
I like Sir Nick's Idea. To preserve the ancestral houses in the Philippines. I commend him for all his love and all his good ideas. He is right in saying that it's not all financial ang kailangan. Collaboration with the owners and the local govt. A must to save the old Manila and the whole Philippines. I think this is another project for every city and the Mayor and Congressman should be involved. ,"Project Buhayin ang Nakaraan." I think this is one project for the Millennials . This is one way for them to fully undertand the importance of it.. I loved the interview on Sir Nick.

We are so rich in so many aspects yet we are unaware or just take it for granted.
Ang witty pa nya despite his age..

Kaya nung nadiscover ko tong channel mo back in 2022 ata yun, Metropolitan Theater yung feature mo noon, talagang nahook ako Fern and I shared it to my Japanese friend and maski di nya naiintindihan, lagi syang nanonood. Pero if I remember correctly, ang una kong panood sayo is yung nag cover ka ng clearing operations sa isang sementeryo haha. Not sure if ibang channel yun or tinanggal mo dito. But anyway, avid follower mo ko, Fern. Now my mom and tita here in the US is also watching your every upload. Looking forward sa mga darating pa.

He can be a Sec of Cultural Commission, he knows a lot and communicates them so clearly. Btw, congratulations Mr Vlogger ( I don't know your name yet) for the honor awarded you. Thank you for the trip to the Heritage houses. I'll continue watching. God bless.

Naalala ko tuloy ang Ma Mon Luk, jusme blooper ang fiance ko noon while we were ffng up with our wedding invitation@May 2002
Have you visited Negros specifically Silay City?
Very admirable advocacy Mr. Legazpi. Hopefully you will live decades more !

I agree with sir Nick that u should be recognized by our dear PBBM as the advocate heritage site ambassador for this generation and the nxt generation to witness what was life before gadget came to us..❤
We are so rich in so many aspects yet we are unaware or just take it for granted.

Hello sir ron yes hindi po kayo nagkakamali, sa clearing po ako noon at may feature ako ng sementeryo, Manila North at South yun. Thank u sir at nanjan pa din kyo☺️🙏🙏

This is the best episode among those I have viewed so far. I did not get the house owner's name. He is so articulate. He can be a Sec of Cultural Commission, he knows a lot and communicates them so clearly.
Btw, congratulations Mr Vlogger ( I don't know your name yet) for the honor awarded you.
Thank you for the trip to the Heritage houses.
I'll continue watching. God bless.
