In back of my mind I wondered how much of their physical activities would suddenly become curtailed simply by bringing these people into the technology world. At the end of the video it shows the whole family sitting in a tent watching a computer screen, the organizers obviously proud of their achievements. Throwing a brick is smart as hell man, i used to spar as a hobby, for practice we would throw punches with weights in our hands so when it came time to throw a punch it was dead fast

    • @PeopleRTellingme
      @PeopleRTellingme 28 дней назад

      From a catcher’s standpoint throwing bricks is an incredibly bad idea. I’m sure it’s heartwarming for people who see this as some movie of the week, but all he’s doing is setting the stage to develop some very bad habits by repeatedly throwing bricks of varying weight. For people who bring up weighted ball training, that’s completely different. In that case you work your way up or down with several reps of the same weight as you go. He’s all over the place with vast differences, that’s a prescription for screwing up your arm action and building bad muscle memory for your release point.
