Your videos are amazing man. Very informative, good production value and just all around great to watch. I have no idea why you dont have hundreds of thousands of views on your videos. Hopefully with time youll start making some decent money with all of your hard work. I really appreciate what youre doing here. Sending love from Canada
Thanks for producing this vidoes men, Your content is very helpful fir us nubis I just got my new YT decoy core5 with EP8 motor and im just on process on how this automatic shifting works😅 Im looking forward for Ur future content n you are so spot on about the stuff that you talk about n just subcribed to you also n thanks n ride safe n happy trail men and I just wanna say kamusta from the Islands of the Philippines😅👍👍
I haven't ridden the Transmission yet, but that design looks very good. Having the rear axle taking all the load from the deraileur and ditching the RDH seems great. I enjoyed riding the Auto Shift, and I would happily ride that on my next bike to get to know it even better. I would like a mix of both, Auto Shift and no RDH :) The 12 speed mechanical systems can be very sensitive to any misalignment of the RDH, leading to reduced shifting performance. But, if the new Di2 Linkglide is less sensitive in that regard, it becomes less important having a rear mech without an RDH.
Guys, for what you're talking about - bikes or a starships!? You have to start with the price and then the people looking this video will be reduced to the fingers of the one head.
Yeah, back in my road bike days I kept a steady cadence of ~100rpm and adjusted the load by shifting a lot. I didn't test, but I guess target cadence can be set to 90+ (:

Thanks for your kind comment! The competition in the RUclips emtb segment is getting tough.
Thanks for your opinion and info! I heard Shimano recently released an update for the automatic shifting (and the EP801).

This is brilliant. Want mine asap.

While automatic shifting is not a necessity in bikes i think that ABS from Bosch is a great addition to bikes and ebikes!
Have you got a video for the new 12 speed HG version?
Good overview of the system. I guess what a lot would like to hear is, if it was your bike would you go with sram transmission or this drivetrain.

@@EMTBVideos When the patents run out in 20 years or how long, maybe we will finally see the hybrid we want! :)
Hi, Is the Shimano xt di2 RD-m8150-12 and sw-m8150 compatible with ep6 motor? and how do i connect it ? thanks
My bike has the ep801 motor can I do the upgrade myself? And what would I need?
yes
I’ll be getting the new sram electronic shifting if my axs gets ripped off but so far nothing has happened.
Yeah, that design without an RDH looks intriguing. Still, I enjoyed my time with the GX AXS.
This is things are good but at the end all auto abs dropper etc… kills a bit the mtb experience
What for bike have y tested…the red one is bulls, but the blue one?
We rode 3 different bikes, a Bulls, Santa Cruz Heckler and Yeti.
Why cant I find a bike with this system already pre-installed?
Takes a while for production to ramp up it seems. I believe one of the more expensive Orbea Rise has it like the Ltd Team, or what-ever.
23 Orbea Rise M-team , just bought one.
That Linkglide k7 is compatible with micro-spline?
no
is the autoshift working with hyperglide 12v ?
No, but the Free Shift will work. Provided you've got the new EP8 (801) or the EP6 motor.

I guess you'd be surprised of how many views videos of expensive bike compenets get... I wish stuff was cheaper though.
the annoyance for me is where is the 12 speed di2 non-ebike groupset ... auto shifting is not even worth considering on a mountain bike either
Not for me. I’m happy to spin at 85-90 and shift the gears as appropriate for the situation. My drivetrain thanks me, so do my knees.😂

Your videos have way less views than they deserve.
Thanks
Next: Automatic steering and pedaling.
throttle bikes already exist, unless you're thinking feet on the handlebars while the pedals spin by themselves. LOL
