Hi! In our powder and liquid descaler, they are measure to one use. So you would use either use 1 full box of powder or 1 full bottle of liquid (not both). - Thanks Brett
Do I need to dissole the powder in Hot water before putting in my Dishwasher when using the "Machine Care" setting? I have used this product twice now, and it has blocked the drain on both occasions, with undissolved sediment.
Hello, we're sorry to hear this. You should just be able to put this into the machine without adding any water other than what is from the cycle. The cycle used should be a long hot wash, so this should have plenty of water and heat to dissolve this cleaning product. - Thanks Brett
Do you understand that the longest the cycle the more economical it is. I know it's sound ridiculous but the heat pump heat slowly to save energy if you are not happy how long eco program take use quick wash instead
Vinegar can also be used. It’s cheaper than descaler.
Should I put cleaner in the dishwasher first and run a cycle, then put the quick descaler as per instructions, or descaler first and then cleaner?
Hi, I would suggest the descaler then cleaner. Thanks Charlotte.
Surely the water softener built I should prevent limescale build up in the first place?
Hi, Using softener does help with limescale, however it's still worthwhile descaling every now and then to avoid limescale buildup. Thanks - Craig

So on my manual it's say that I need to put content into my rinse tank it's that correct?
Hi, you would not put this into the rinse aid compartment. It is only rinse aid that should go in here.
Thanks, Mandy.

Don't need to as I seldom use it, takes far too long per eco cycle, nearly 4 hours!! Worst machine I've ever owned.
