The video is a reference to a special Alert that happened back in 2013, where Darvo used us to lure/dispatch the Stalker. It's basically the events of that from the Stalker's perspective. Indeed, he didn't have Dispel back then. Then again, we also didn't have Rhino Prime back then, so we probably shouldn't think too hard about it. =P

Hmm, whenever I use Radial Disarm with my Loki P, I always imagine that the enemies weapons would act as if they were always out of ammo, (even when replacing with a fully loaded magazine) or permanently jammed (& trying to unjam by forcibly pulling the bolt, you would eventually break it instead)

His dispel seems to be limited. He dispel my rihno prime twice and the he only attacked which he failed when I beat him with my orthos prime.
