Pagden Artificial Swarm (Part 3)

Saturday 30th March 2024
It's 5 days since I split my strongest hive using the Pagden Method. Today I was looking at the hive with the original queen. I gave her some a box of damaged shallow frames on top of a deep box of foundation with one frame of brood.
The hope was that there would be plenty of bees, that they would have started drawing out the frames of foundation, the queen is present and laying eggs.
