I showed it to my girls and Wallahi they began to cry and from that day in they haven't done any of et things they used to do, they shut down their phones and placed it in my hands saying" mum, Allah doesn't need me like that Imam said but I need it to enter his glorious paradise with the wight of my good deeds inshallah". I am a Christian and this speech really moved me. He is so right; we forget that we are nothing. We become arrogant, we think that we are our own gods. We forget that we came from absolutely nothing and that everything we do, everything we have, is not because of US, it was GIVEN to us by the ALL POWERFUL. It is evident that the Creator is speaking directly into the heart of Mohamed Hoblos.
These words i just heard was complete magical. I will be back over and over again to hear this magic once more InshaaAllah.

I must've watched this video about 30 times and it just keeps on getting better and better. I love it. To all those that criticise it, that have a problem with it, that nitpick the authenticity of the hadiths quoted, whatever... I think he's talking about you. And if you still have an issue, make your complaint on the day of judgement.

What I really like about our deen is that it puts everything into the grand scheme of things. Yes the brother raises his voice from time to time but we sometimes need that. He is giving us a reality check. Sometimes we might feel arrogant and heedless in worshipping God because we think we're "all that". Also, I realized that most of his audience is paying attention. When there is a speech like this you don't want to be chatting on your phone, checking your Facebook. Towards the end of his talk he preached about Allah's mercy and encouraged to make a positive difference in the world. So I mean every speaker has his/her style, and it is Allah swt who puts power into words. assalamu alaikum.
I agree, subhanAllah, many speaker not only are different but also unique and Mohammad Hoblos does in a agressive yet firm way so we catch really listen.
