I used to think Rose was a beautiful, loving being, but when I saw more of her past as Pink Diamond, I started hating her and thinking of her as a selfish fraud. But when I took another look at Rose’s story from a chronological perspective, I saw that she really was a loving being, who had plenty of flaws and mistakes like everyone else.
I just had this in my recommendations, But God…. Rose really is a Gem icon…. She made mistakes sure…. But she’s human in a way….. In the sense she was one of the More humane gems…. Before she gave birth to Steven of course

Pink Diamond gets so much hate. Yes, Pink was a bratty, immature little monster, but she worked hard to become a better person and was the single, only gem that realised colonising planets was wrong. People praise the Crystal Gems for their heroism, but they’re simply treading the path that Pink laid for them. The future was an overgrown jungle, and she alone had to hack her way crudely through it so that the Crystal gems could use that rough path to lay a solid road for the other Diamonds and all other gems to easily walk down.
As much as I hate Rose Quartz/Pink Diamond, I'm not gonna forget the other Diamonds' sh**y actions either. Although the other diamonds did changed, but still.
