So interesting, your story is similar to my introduction to candles . I also started my candle journey in 2021 and bought the large jar /witches cauldron and was put off at first but then it totally grew on me ! Went From meh to my absolute favorite Halloween from goose creek. To my nose , this years 3 wick smells sweeter than the 2021 version , sadly but it’s still good . I also really love creepy critters both the label and scent . Thanks for sharing your haul- scooby doo is a classic but I didn’t pick any up. 🕷
The original GC paraffin Witches Cauldron smells like old tires to me, never lit it but got the new one as well 😂 I have the Scooby Forbidden Forest grabbed it because it has the entire gang on the label and the scent notes were appealing to me.

I have enjoyed all your videos. ☠️👻I have all the Scooby Doo candle collection from Goose Creek and I loved all of them 😊 what a nice gift!!! btw the Zombie Island I burned last night and it is strong the throw is about 6-7 and strength is definitely a 7 it’s a men’s clean scent I loved it with the cooler weather I didn’t get that much soot and the Legend of the Vampire one’s like a Vampire Blood from BB&W. I haven’t burned that one yet. But the kiddos like it haha. I think that Goose Creek is changing and fixing the burns on their candles I think you should give them a try. Yeah i was surprised when i burned my trick or treat the other night it performed really well with barely any soot, its definitely an improvement over last years already!
It was part of the bath and body works Halloween collection last year, they didn’t bring it back this year unfortunately but you might be able to find it through a third party like eBay or Facebook marketplace!
I grabbed all of the Scooby's with the exception of Scooby Snack and will be filming those soon. HUGE Scooby fan so I couldn't help myself lol. I adore GC's Trick or Treat and Witch's Cauldron. They're the epitome of Halloween to me. That said, this year Witch's Cauldron smells sweeter and the funk seems pulled back. I'm not thrilled about it to say the least. Also both Trick or Treat and Witch's Cauldron seem weaker. I compared them on cold to the older jars I have and yeah, definitely weaker. Maybe they'll throw as well the old ones, can't really tell the story without burning it but again, initially I'm irritated about it lol.
I have to say after burning my trick or treat a few days ago it is a bit weaker than last years, not by a ton or anything its still noticeable but i remember last years being a powerhouse!

@@wickeddullboy Ah, that's a bummer and what I was afraid of. Hopefully it was just a weak batch and they're not getting cheap and stingy on us.
