James, once again you've helped so many of us with your willingness to just think outside of the box! Sear/Sautee is something I haven't even thought about which is great

When you are cooking the bacon and sausage on seer and saute, do you keep the lid open? Probably a basic question but I wasn't sure. Thank you for doing Speedi recipes. I almost got rid of my Speedi because of too many cooking disasters when following their "cookbook." But your videos have reignited my use and increased my success! Well done! (Pun intended). 😅

Looks delicious but needs cheese! Cheese makes everything better! 😉🧀😋 Love your posts, I love my Speedi and now my Conbi too! (Not to mention all my other Ninja appliances.) I have learned so much from your cooks. Keep on sharing! 😊

Hi James, my Speedi was delivered today, I’m going to binge watch your channel for ideas.
One question - how would you do fresh chicken wings and (frozen) fries for 2 people in the Speedi?
Would you do the fries in the bottom of the pot and the wings on the tray in the top setting and use the steam & crisp (steam & air-fry here in UK)?
Or maybe the wings on the bottom and fries on the crisp tray on top?
I am assuming there is not enough space to put the wings and fries together on the tray.
Maybe cook the fries to about 90% done, take them out, do the wings and while the wings are being sauced finish off the fries. He problem with that is it takes too long.
    Many thanks

Just made something similar to this with mushrooms ,but instead made it into an omelette with cheese on top .I poured eggs mixture on top a quick stir waited a minute put grated cheese on ,put lid down turned off ,put on air fryer mode for 3 minutes ,checked after 2 minutes ,job done .Also didn't drain any fat off as used that to stop the omelette sticking .

Hi James. Love the channel. Is it possible to cook a chicken curry and rice at the same time in the speedi?
Like maybe chicken pieces and curry sauce with water in the bottom and maybe rice in a container on the top?

Only way to do that that I can think of is cooking rice first then adding curry

James I have a Cosori air fryer and not sure what setting to put it on, like yours?
    Any idea??
Also, could you after the meat has completely cooked to your satisfaction and crispiness, could you then drain the fat/grease, then it add it back in??

I think this should do pot stickers using steam/bake along Pillsbury cinnamon rolls.

@@CookinWithJames the cinnamon rolls turned out really soft with crunchy out side, never had better. Looking forward to try Pillsbury layer muffins next.

For those who do not eat meat or eggs, may I recommend a tofu scramble in the Speedi. I add my own ingredients such as red bell peppers with onions & spices to the tofu & it tastes really good. try it & see if you like it for something different.
