In my opinion impossible soul is the greatest song of all time

Behind all of it is an incredible band of extremely well trained and rehearsed musicians playing complex, difficult music. The drummer knows his shit, from the grip, the groove, touch, dynamics- the whole package. Much respect.

I get the need to put on a big show, but I would’ve like to have heard more of the intimate songs from the Ilinoise and Michigan albums era. That will always be peak Sufjan to me (especially Jacksonville and They Are the Night Zombies would’ve killed at this concert).
