@@jake51515 I've been driving my rav4 hybrid limited 2017 for 2 winters now. Awd is awesome! Just match it with efficient winter tires then so super smooth! I love my rav4 only thing is the trunk space is too small. Thank goodness I only use it for personal use, not a family car at all.
Hi. I like your videos. I am in shopping for new car and RAV4 hybrid is in the top of my list. I know that you are doing a very nice tests for AWD cars in snow . I can't wait to see how RAV4 hybrid does in that test. When you are going to upload the rest parts of your review? Thank you.
usually we do one per day :P but.... i dont want you to be deceive so here is a preview, the Rav4 Hybrid use a différent AWD compare to the gas rav4. it's only there to help move the mass of the RAV4 from 0 to ... This is what consumes a lot of fuel, it's also gonna help during winter to get the truck moving in snow and ice situation. But it's not one of the best. still, the RAV4 is one of the most fuel efficient SUV out there in Hybrid configuration.
Thanks for reply. What do you think about Subaru Forster or even Outback. What is your favorite SUV in terms of reliability and practicality in this class espicialy in such a winter condition. Thanks
Nice review. Thanks. One downside for me is that the infotainment system seems hard to see due to sunlight washing it out. That may be a deal killer for me. Have others noticed that?
It's not one the worst, you can apply a thin layer of cover if you want that change the sun reflection. Just like a mobile phone protector screen material.
I have this vehicle, the visibility of the screen has been a non issue for me. This video seems to make glare more pronounced in general. Maybe his camera settings needed to be adjusted, his arm and hands were even washed out at times.
I watched this hoping you would teach me how to use the cruise control and other features, but you just skimmed through them like a sales video. Like for instance you push on traction control button, but tell us what it does. Like are you able to AWD off and on? or is it always on? Details!! I need to use my car properly! I have a bunch of buttons even on my rear view mirror I don't even know what they're for. Don't know how to dim it either.
Good job, great video, I just bought a rav4 hybrid and I am really enjoying it. I would recommended it to everyone.
Kiarash HZ how does the 4wd do in the winter?

Good fuel consumption in the city only, or highway as well? I imagine in the very cold winter it is not as efficient as in the summer...?
