If Anthony Bourdain was still alive, I am pretty sure he would watch the bear. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant business and an owner I love this show.❤
He an incredibly handsome man, from the hair, the nose profile, and the brilliantly blue eyes. I think we will be seeing a lot of this young man for years to come.
The creators have been messing up with the script and played with how a series can actually look on television even more than in the second season?! You’ve sold me the story, Jeremy. Not that you had to, since I've watched the first two seasons three times already, but you've sold me. I can’t wait for the 27th!
May partner has worked 20+ years in the back of the house at restaurants, and he wasn't capable of watching The Bear. It worked him up like he was, ya know, at work. 😂 we got through the first episode, but it was rough on him!
I think anyone who has worked at a successful restaurant gets triggered to some degree while watching this… my fam owned a restaurant and I’ve been a server on and off my whole life and I definitely had to take breaks while watching this 😅😅😅😅
Season 3 is like Shakespeare operetta, each episode. The best thing I've seen on film since scenes from the Godfather or Deer Hunter. Seriously that well written and executed. My hats off to this series.
I was raving about The Bear before I saw a lot of media about it. Kept on finding it better & more exciting AND then the big names doing cameos confirmed my enthusiastic response!!
I binged the whole thing too and watched the entire Shameless series. I'm NOT a serial binge watcher of anything normally, but these two shows were definitely awesome with him being my favorite character in both shows. His struggles in Shameless were very real and he's such an excellent actor! Can't wait to see what's in store for him next!
I remember my first few weeks chef training and it was literally knife skills for like an hour before we did anything else for the day. first thing we ever made was MAc 'N Cheese. The idea being all pasta cooks at relative speeds and the sauce and combining techniques for the simplest of dishes is essential to the more elaborate things in cooking.
I haven’t been to culinary school, but it seems like the very talented and well-trained chefs can come up with interesting, successful variations on very basic recipes.
That's true, my partner and I struggled to finish Season 1 because after a long day of work, stress, being around people, it's hard to then sit down and get through second hand anxiety from watching The Bear. We can only watch it when we're both in great mood.
He's always guna be Lip. The Bear is great in all the fast stressful ways, tugs at the heart too. They put a lot of work into the show so it makes sense why its blown up. That's good he loves his own show he is in, more artists should.
I worked in the restaurant business for four years in various places throughout the west. After I left I didn’t eat in one for over a decade… I know what goes on in the kitchen..
Stephen is like, "i cant watch this fictional stress! Give me a week." Line cook is like, "That was one hour Colbert, and you're sitting down. Back to it tomorrow!" J/k, love the show.
I must say after being a waitress in 5 different restaurants, I really want to ask to see their kitchen before sitting down! People would be horrified if they saw how dirty restaurant kitchens are!
Yeah i see why they give him a chance, he is like a blend of Dustin Hoffman meets Gene Wilder, but on a pretty boi version. Hollywood it's all about the looks people.
He also happens to be a good actor, you know? I remember seeing him on shameless and he wasn't exactly the standard good looking guy, but his charisma really grabbed my attention and I became a fan. He somehow looks hotter now, but that was not why he got to here. A lot more handsome men out there don't get the job.
I know his looks are compared to many actors, especially Gene Wilder, but I just saw this: William Fichtner! They could play father and son in a gritty indie crime drama. It would be so juicy!
Loved watching him grow through Shameless, such a great actor.
Bodied that shxtt
Loved working on Shameless, the cast was fantastic!
I will never recover from The Seven Fishes episode
It was ice chips for me 😢
I agree it was a hard one to see. But some how I could relate so much to that episode.
Yeah, so intense! Incredible acting
I was so stressed and the mom’s emotions were extremely palpable, I almost cried
real
His Middle School Dance Teacher sits down to watch her famous student and gets the shock of her life 😅😅
I just love watching Stephen interview people he's never met before. Always such thoughtful questions even though it's the first time they have met.
I have a crush on Stephen 😊
His eyes are so striking.
12 y.o Jeremy walked into his Dance Class with a list of non-negotiables, huh

BEAR
@@jymmirachael4316? Why u just typing the word bear in all caps
@@ethanstrs cause that’s what “list of non negotiables” is from. The series he’s in. The bear

That got me in the ❤. Absolutely agree!
❤
He wouldve featured in the show for sure
100% said this the other day in a convo with someone. I think he would have loved it.
That dude would get a feature or two for sure
Such a humble guy and that just adds to his overall appeal.
Yep you can tell he always keeps himself humble and grounded, no big ego
No wonder he plays this role so we'll. He's intense in his real life. Love this show
His complaint of the teacher not taking Dance seriously legit sounds like a John Mulaney type of complaint he would have had as a child😂😂
Such a great underrated actor, in his latest roles he has been outstanding
He was the best thing on Shamless , not surprised at his success of The Bear . What an amazing show and great performance. 👍
He has such great hair!
He an incredibly handsome man, from the hair, the nose profile, and the brilliantly blue eyes. I think we will be seeing a lot of this young man for years to come.
He seems a lot more comfortable in interviews now
I love JAW…so humble
glad to see him getting his time to shine

He’ll forever be Lip to me.
Waw ..I just wrote that..without seeing this comment❤
Yeah same here!
Me too ❤️
my gosh, his eyes are SO blue. Gorgeous.
Love "The Bear".
I truly hope that he gets to play the great Gene Wilder in a biopic one day soon ❤ He has the depth and talent (not to mention the look). Lovely Man ❤
Perfect idea!
Oh shit, you're right! That'd be an excellent casting choice
I was devastated that he didn't even perhaps get thought of when they casted that last Willy Wonka movie.☹️😡
Same. It would be perfect casting.

What a wholesome interview. I liked that a lot because we don’t get this very much anymore

This is the most I’ve seen him talk 😂😂😂😂
He reminds me of Michelangelo’s David in the flesh.
Pfff... David wishes he had those abs...
He's a cross between Gene Wilder, Al Pacino, and David 😂

He is fantastic. And will be around a long time. Just his look and profile reminds me of a Roman.

What a nice guy! So talented!
The way he's in a theatre and just saying the Scottish plays name 😵💫
My favorite show. Cast is incredible.

I'm glad for him..but to me he will always be Lip Gallagher from Shameless! Sunch an iconic character from that show!
I agree
2:48 we did that at my school too for some reason. We did one Greek play one Roman play though. I played Pleasure. Lol
how the heck did they not cast this man as Wonka, he looks quite a lot like Gene! (that might be why, as a respect nod to Gene).

I was bartending at Marblehead Maddie’s when Obama became president and I walked into the walk in and cried tears of joy.
I think everyone who has worked in the ‘industry’ has had a walk in meltdown

I’m definitely a Jeremy fan!
The kindness in these comments is overwhelming. Thank you all!
Yes Stephen I agree. Its not hard at all to watch him on TV 😂
Repetition is the key to learning anything. It's the principle of 10,000 hours.

I don’t want him, I need him.

I like the way he said ‘miracle’
This is what the actor who played Steven on Disney Channels' Even Stevens should have turned into.

Love Stephen and Jeremy; bot great entertainers. Did Jeremy mean to say "The play about the Scottish King" several times? I thought that was bad luck.
it's only bad luck if you say it inside a theatre (unless you're doing macbeth)
