If you used any cheats, it would block the trophy, so you gotta restart the storymode.

I did it twice in online bro it might just be broken for me, but I'm stuck at 49/50 when I tried doing it online.

@@orelbarak5202 hopefully it then becomes unbroken. And the stats on my online character under vehicle (scroll to the bottom) say unique stunt jumps found 50/50
And Unique Stunt Jumps completed 50/50
