33 Segmented Display - Low Compromised Latin and Cyrillic Display

This is inspired by the Russian 19 or 20 Segmented Display, as seen here: • RU Segment Display . This is also inspired by my previous 30 Segmented Display: • 30 Segmented Display , and a nod to the 16 segmented display.
It has 8 859 934 592 possible combinations. The Cyrillic Lowercase is very hard to make, since the lower half only contain long segments.
