    *FOR PUGS*
    Easiest I've found is
Start in Frost - 50 energy then move to Fire for the last 50 energy
    Intermission
Then go Storm - 30 energy and move to Earth and do the last 70 there.
    Intermission 2
Drag him into Fire Altar when he comes out and finish.

Thanks for these tank specific raid guides, I always find them so useful over general guides that barely mention the tanks

If the damage is good you can use blood lust on adds, PUGed this boss a lot and found that Fire/Frost was hardest to deal with, for randoms that is.
So usually we used lust on Fire and Frost add.

I prefer lusting on pull and getting as much damage intot he boss, seeing intermission is time based not % based. But def an option if your group is struggling on the adds etc

No shit Darkmech, thanks for everything you do both on this channel and on twitch. Large part of the reason I returned in shadowlands was due to your content on both platforms.

    Thanks for the Guides --
I Deleted my other comment so sorry for re-commenting; though I missed something near the end.
Could you elaborate more about Lightning Crash and how to handle this in heroic settings? I've checked WoWHead/ICV and other guides but it just says "Find a Buddy or two" but we are getting completely melted. I saw some guilds just completely ignore storm; or move storm after the first LC but is there something we're missing by just finding a buddy or two; and not overlap LC? We've been going Frost(Lust on Pull) 19 Fire 12 at start and then Storm 17 (thinking about moving sooner*) and 12 or whatever for earth.
    Thank you so much!

TLDR is Debuff person needs to be stood next to none debuff player. I'm confused by the numbers though "Frost 19" and "fire 12" could you elaborate

@@Darkmech Sorry if last one was more than intended. 19-12 is just the number of stacks each zone gets. Is it just a healing check for the 4 players with the massive tick damage from LC

As tank, I tried pug this on normal, but our raid group was not so great dps-wise, like I was on top 4 :)
    Anyway...
At the end of intermission 2, Kurog Grimtotem had around 40% health left, and all raiders took a lot of AoE damage. We wiped twice, then all left.
In the first instance, when I pulled him to fire, it was OK. I did not see any AoE damage, but after intermission 2, there was massive AoE damage.
It wasn't long before everyone was dead :/
When you pull a boss twice to the same arena, does it do more AoE damage?
But thanks for this guide :)
Watched this before just to learn a few tactics.

You don't want to go to the same area twice until the very end bascially.
My pref - Ice 50 energy, Fire 50 energy - intermission 1. Storm 30 energy - Earth 70 Energy - Intermission 2. Then bring back to Fire to finish.
You have to have cycled through each altar once before you back to 1 otherwise bad things happen. As the boss maintains the stacks through the encoutner.

What is the WA that he has that show that the other tank has the stack on them and how much left on there time
