Yun po bng Main transformer ng high rise building kanino po ang Preventive maintenance nun?
halimbawa sa Metro manila po na high rise building, si Meralco po ba ang dapat mag PM nun main transformer or yung management po ng building?

Pag Owner ang bumili Ng Main transformer, si Owner ang mag maintain. Kung si Meralco ang nag provide, Siya din ang mag maintain.
