42ª Concentração Moto Clube Faro´24

Quatro dias, milhares de motas, cerveja, concertos, exposições e animação de rua são os ingredientes daquela que é considerada uma das maiores e melhores concentrações motards da Europa e que todos os anos, em Julho, atrai cada vez mais amantes das duas rodas à cidade de Faro.
A 42ª Concentração Internacional do Moto clube de Faro decorre de 18 a 21 de Julho, com Espanha, Portugal, Inglaterra e Irlanda», a serem as nacionalidades mais representadas, nas inscrições efetuadas.
A expetativa passa por reunir cerca 20 mil motards, no recinto montado no Vale das Almas, e que, este ano, terá uma pequena novidade que vai ser um espaço de campismo também do outro lado da estrada, em terrenos que pertencem ao Aeroporto, aonde se realizam habitualmente acampamento de escuteiros.
Um dos pontos fortes voltará a ser o cartaz musical. O primeiro dia de concertos - 18 - contará com Iris, GNTK e Morderstein. Seguem-se, na sexta-feira, dia 19, as atuações dos Porretas, Wolfmother e Raven Age. O cartaz termina no sábado, 20, com Kátia Guerreiro, Tony Moore, British Lion e Tara Perdida.
No total, a juntar aos campistas, a organização do Motoclube de Faro conta ter cerca de 30 mil pessoas no recinto para os concertos, sendo a segurança uma das grandes preocupações da organização, como habitualmente acontece todos os anos.
A festa terminará com o tradicional desfile, no domingo de manhã, dia 21 de julho de 2024, que encherá as ruas de Faro com milhares de motards, muitos mirones, acompanhantes e também uma dose forte de originalidade.
O Presidente da CMF e do Moto Clube de Faro, respetivamente Rogério Bacalhau e José Amaro, convidaram os órgãos de comunicação social, para a tradicional conferência de imprensa de apresentação / lançamento da 42ª edição da concentração Internacional de Motos de Faro, que decorreu na quarta-feira, 18 de junho, na tenda principal do recinto da concentração, no Vale das Almas, junto ao Aeroporto Internacional Gago Coutinho em Faro.

For four days, thousands of motorbikes, beer, concerts, exhibitions and street entertainment are the ingredients of what is considered one of the biggest and best biker gatherings in Europe, attracting more and more two-wheel lovers to the city of Faro every July.
The 42nd International Concentration of the Faro Motorcycle Club takes place from 18 to 21 July, with Spain, Portugal, England and Ireland" being the most represented nationalities regarding registrations.
Expectations are that around 20,000 bikers will gather at the site set up in Vale das Almas, which this year will have a small novelty: there will also be a camping area on the other side of the road, on land belonging to the airport, where scout camps are usually held.
One of the strong points will once again be the musical programme. The first day of concerts - the 18th - will feature Iris, GNTK and Morderstein. This will be followed on Friday 19th by performances by Porretas, Wolfmother and Raven Age.
The programme ends on Saturday 20th with Kátia Guerreiro, Tony Moore, British Lion and Tara Perdida.
In total, along with the campers, the organisation of the Moto Clube de Faro expects to have around 30,000 people at the venue for the concerts, with safety being one of the organisation's major concerns, as it usually is every year.
The festival will end with the traditional parade on Sunday morning, 21 July 2024, which will fill the streets of Faro with thousands of bikers, lots of spectators, companions and a strong dose of originality.
The President of the CMF and the Moto Clube de Faro, Rogério Bacalhau and José Amaro respectively, invited the media to the traditional press conference for the presentation/launch of the 42nd edition of the Faro International Motorcycle Rally, which will take place on Wednesday 18th June in the main tent at the rally site in Vale das Almas, next to Gago Coutinho International Airport in Faro.
