The screen alone should be enough to sway you. Once you get used to the oled screen it's hard going back to an led, the double resolution helps too but that's almost negligible compared to the better contrast /colours

If you want a stock android experience, quick updates, better audio, aluminium body and larger display go for 6p. If you want more features, glass body, better camera, waterproofing and better screen quality go for the s7.
Don't forget: S7 came out half a year later than iPhone 6S so we'll have to see what Apple will bring with the iPhone 7. I'm sure the iPhone 7 Camera will be better than S7! The real test would be 6S vs S6 for now.
I find the photos from the S7 almost look pre-edited in certain situations. It's like they sharpen edges and adjust colours for you. Not a huge fan of that, but it does undeniably take better low light photos.
