Got my first one in today. 👍 The batteries look a LOT easier to change than Schlage. Is it correct to assume if we also get the deadbolt, the Bluetooth feature would open both at once? Worse case-us a finger for the knob, one from the other hand for the deadbolt. 🤓
These instructions don't cover the K-13. There are no instructions anywhere that show how to even separate the knob. The manual directs users to the website or the app, but there are no directions there either. The screws on the back plate are inaccessible, and there's a thumb turn on the end cap, not a screw. There's a piece of cardboard that says to "pull out the knob" but that's not working either. Any help appreciated
Im sending mine back, mine never worked straight from the box, i ordered thru amazon and got it today, doesnt charge, and also put brand new batteries and still wont work... Im really disappointed.
I had to change out my batteries today because they died and now that I’ve done that it won’t scan my finger print and won’t let me connect to the app it’s just flashing blue it won’t reset either I’ve held down the reset button multiple times and that’s not fixed it either so what can I do?

Mine won’t even turn on. Straight from the box onto the door and it won’t turn on.
I've already installed and made it work for App unlock/locking and fingerprint unlocking. Now, How do you use the keys, where is the keyhole?

I installed my physical lock today, but the app for abdroid is no longer available. Is the app now useless, or is there an app that will work for it.

If you're using Android bluetooth, the location should also be enabled at the same time for the lock to successfully connect to the App

@@taeh40the paperwork says "do not use rechargeable batteries" the USB c slot is for using a power bank if the batteries go dead.

mine will read my finger print wrong then start flashing blue for 10min before it resets itself
