Congrats and thanks for the positive feedback. BTW - I had it in a drawer till about 1 month ago and now installed in my new home in the door to the patio and works just great. Love it. The fingerprint sensor works even better than in my $300 front door lock ;-))
I had the exact same problem. The solution I found was to hold the outside door knob with one hand and slam my hand onto the interior door knob. The issue is that the interior door knob is not pressed in far enough to "lock" in place. Hope this helps you out!
@@raisaagnieszka8889 Mine is normally charging from USB-A from a power bank. Have it installed in my home now. Love it. Fingerprint reader is better than from most other locks.

Mine won't stay connected to the app so I don't get notification when opened and i have to connect everytime to unlock with app. So you have a solution for this?
@allcheckout correct! I understand that part but what os the remote unlock feature? In the booklet it says gateway requires and I have that but it won't work.

@@onlyjustdee Really sorry but can't tell. It's a product which I got for free to test (disclosed in the video and on the left top of the video) and gave it already to friends hence can't check any more. Is this still sold or did you buy this long time ago?

Why does the inside handle come off so easily?

How can you add a user member fingerprint without having them to make an account ?

You can't lock it from outside - at least IDK how to do that. You need to adjust the setting from the inside

Did you check charger and cable. Maybe try other charger and cable. Also try USB-A to USB-C and not C to C ..

Good question. Isn't there a reset pin? Sorry can't remember even though I have it installed just 1 month ago here in my new home

You have to turn on the Bluetooth on your phone and hold it close to the lock when in app

It's a bluetooth lock and not a wifi lock. So if you're more than 30ft away you wont' get notifications

it has a cable to charged it, but once you installed it to the door, how do you charged it?
Normal USB A to USB C cable. It has a USB port on the inside
You didn't show how you got to the add fingerprint add on the app
The add a finger print it's not present it's a junk
Absolutely useless video, your recommended videos pop into the video 2 mins before its ending which means you cant see what you are doing.
