Clutch press karna padh sakta kyuki turning me car slow karni hoti hai n rpm bhi down hone lagta hai. Isliye clutch use karna hota isse car control me bhi rehti hai and jerk bhi lagta.

Actually jab driving seekh rahe hote hai, bohot saare controls ek saath karne padte hai aur road pe dhyan dena bina apne controls ko dekhe. Isiliye confusion hoti hai aur darr lagta hai kahi hit nahi ho jae. Aap agar driving seekh rahe hai to kisi ko saath me le jae jinko driving aati hai. Agar aap kuch galati karte hai to wo apki car handbrake se control kar sakenge.

Aap apne clutch control me practise kariye. Early morning ya fir kisi open space me assume karke slow drive kariye. Jaisi ki aage kuch hai to aapko kaise drive karni hai iss tarah se karne se apko foot movement sahi hoga aur apko confidence aane lagega.

2 or 3 videos are available in my channel about panic situation, it will surely help you overcome your fear.
Firstly, I would recommend you drive few days in open space with assumption like there is something you need to stop and then go slowly etc. This will boost your confidence and you will have more command on car controls. It will be easy to drive in traffic once you get good control on your car functional specially clutch ,brake and accelerator. All the best 👍
