Great review. In your opinion, is this the best Vader figure? Does the torso feature a new sculpt, or is it the same as the previous version with added cloth parts? Is the helmet sculpt new? It looks different; I think I prefer the one from the ROTJ version.
For your questions, I need to check again tonight . Because yesterday I have so much figure to unbox . It is crazy 🤣 But the chest part is better for sure 👍 And the cloth for skirt is great as well. Except the cape is not good 🥲
I've been wanting this one since they announced it. Probably THE BEST Vader in 6 inches. I think the head sculpt looks better than 12 inch HotToys actually. Thanks for the review! 👏

@@BelChan1943 Objectively speaking, it's the hands down most accurate helmet sculpt of Vader in 6 inch. That perspective.
I have mine coming, i don't know when but it's already shipped. However i don't like the wired cape, the tunic? Great, i love that it's finally cloth and not plastic BUT the cape is still bulky around the neck and sides but better than the last ones, i don't know if i'll replace it anyways though
The cape is bulky for sure but the tunic is fine . The chest is improved. If you still consider to replace him or not. Then after you receive the figure and compare yourself . 💪💪 Or you can wait DLC for the cape . 🤣

Thanks again for a fast and amazing review of Darth Vader. I love the wired cape and wired skirt of this figure. I just want to ask why the articulation fo the head seems be limited like it cannot face up and face down much.
My guess is that the neck goes under the shoulder plate which prevent any sort of head tilt for Vader. It’s a bummer because the entire personality of the character comes from the head.
I’d to cancel my preorder because of my budget became an issue at some point and I’d to make a sacrifice. Seeing how loose the hip joints are (on a different video) and seeing the poor neck articulation, I’m somehow glad I did. Doesn’t distract from the fact this still looks phenomenal in general.

Y’all obviously haven’t worn a legit Vader helmet before and it shows. You can’t look up and down in one cause it’s like wearing a helmet attached to a neck brace.

the cape is a bit weird but other than that it looks great.

Yes, everything’s fine, except the cape . Obiwan is the same black series body. Just weathering and change the head sculpt 👍

@@Adralen8these don’t have a “US release” since they aren’t allowed to be sold in the US in general retailers, AmiAmi likely took the listing down while they fulfill Pre Orders and will relist it if they have any stock left afterwards.

@@spidernestoI have the black series Duel’s end version and waiting for this shf to arrive. But based off review videos, ngl, for the first time, I’d say BS wins for a 6 inch comparison.
The overall paint job of Anakin’s face under mask is more realistic in BS, the Shf feels a bit too smooth and monotone.
Articulation and accessories, Shf wins by a mile, but that’s always the case
But specifically for the moment where Vader is defeated. BS does a better representation as you have the slash damage not only at the back of his cape, but also all the way into his suit as well. SHF did not do this.
Overall, if you are looking for a Vader for Obi Wan show in general, shf. If you want a Vader from the duel’s end, BS

SH Figuarts have to be imported, Hasbro has exclusive manufacturing rights for Star Wars action figures in the US so brands like Mafex and SHF aren’t allowed to be sold here unless through third party or independent toy stores who also import them in themselves

That is not the cape they used in the promo shots - it is completely different. As one of the major factors for buying this (due to the way it hung heavy like the real cape in the promos), seeing this is a real disappointment. May be one I sell on straight away I think.
After change the cape will be better🤔️. Overall I think is fine 🙏
Cape is much better wired. You trippin. Especially how much wire they used its much better done then how they usually do wired capes
