I really appreciate the fact that when you speak in spanish sentences, you speak clear and slow so that we can get used to hearing words spoken and understand them. So many other teachers ramble so quickly rolling their words into each other, you have no idea what they said and then claim “we r preparing you to listen to spanish” (this will never help anyone cuz we just dont even have a clue and just allow their sentences to bypass us cuz its just too much). SO THANK YOU for being clear and slow so we can understand.
6:34 is a golden tip. I have to keep reminding myself of that every day. Every language has its own set of rules and is under no obligation to conform to any other. I don’t know why that is so easy to forget.
I've been studing spanish for about a year now and I'm trying out new ways to improve . I think that this channel will do good . Thanks for all the help 🤗
I have to admit that you light up my way when it comes to learn Spanish,I used to consider Spanish as a hard language but You make really easy as you could carry a feather *You are doing your role perfectly and effectively*
Best teacher and by far..almost gave up on learning Spanish until I got to these videos.been following since aib but weren’t a lot of them.you are a life savor and can’t thank you enough
Thank you so much, Dr. Danny I have been studying Spanish alone for more than two years but now I have found your awesome channel and I joined you outstanding group so I can benefit people and help them and they would be helping me as well.. Being together is way better than working alone, I salute you for kind effort and I wish you hit million subscribers soon.
Really? This deserves millions of subscribers! 😭 Watching newly upload videos tho i haven't finished the other vid yet just to support this channel. Can't wait until i woke up on smile just to see it has tons of subscribers and watcher. Ya all missing this opportunity.
If you said “there’s nothing more beautiful than the sun setting” that would then be a verb, incredible how much placement and syntax matters to fundamental differences in language but can also end up meaning essentially the same thing or something radically different
Excelente explicación profe. Good explanation teacher. Me aclaró muchas dudas sobre la terminación "ing". (Para mis conocimientos de Inglés, por supuesto.)
Mr Evans, two months ago I asked you to make a German series and you said you didn't have anyone to teach it. In fact, not only do you have me to teach it but I know lots of people who want to learn it. Also, there are thousands of people out there who want to learn this language as well. So please reconsider making a German series for me and all the people who want to learn this notorious language! Thank you
Soy Mexicana 💓 pero te veo para practicar inglés a pesar de que enseñas español 😂💓 comprendo muy bien cuando estas explicando en inglés y eso me ayuda mucho 💓. Nueva suscriptora💓🌎
This is very helpful and clear, thank you! As for the -ing word as noun; it DOES make sense when you think that "seeing is believing" is the same as "to see is to believe," verdad?
In my way of thinking, "Correr es mi actividad favorita" makes sense if you translate the infinitive as "to dosomething". In this case: To run is my favorite activity.
Could you do a video about some Language "cheats" for example a lot of English words that end with LY are easy to translate to spanish as it becomes AMENTE. Not everything ofcourse but a big amount. Some examples: direct-ly = direct-amente particularly = particularmente remotely = remotamente correctly = correctamente informally = informalmente etc.. There must be some more "cheat codes" :D
learning spanish from a native english speaker who learned spanish has been the most helpful out of all the strategies i have tried so far. my latino buddies try helping me but i can't understand a damn word coming out of their mouths
Can you tell me how you know poniente is a variation of "to put"? As a noun poniente means "west". As an adjective, it means "setting". Is there a rule or convention on how verbs become nouns and adjectives?
It kinda make sense tho "Ver es Creer" (To see is To believe ) in my country we have that saying *to see is to believe which translates perfect in spanish
Just finished watching every single one of your Spanish videos. They’ve been super helpful. Thank you!
Wow, thank you for watching! You should check out the podcasts as well.
I listen to all of those as well. 🙂

So clearly explained, as usual- love your teaching style! Is this lesson on a podcast? I tried to find it but couldn’t.
awesome. I heard a mention of a podcast? where can I find that?
Great video about learning Spanish. Do you have video for to be?
¿Estás estudiando?
¿Ellos están comiendo?
Thank you Dr. Danny for sharing this great lesson.
Gerund is an old fashion word for continuity !
Sir could you please make a video on tenses about the verbs in Spanish
This is very helpful and clear, thank you! As for the -ing word as noun; it DOES make sense when you think that "seeing is believing" is the same as "to see is to believe," verdad?

Do you have a lesson on adverbs

Do you have books I can download from the net?

Sir how many more videos you will upload approximately
It kinda make sense tho
"Ver es Creer" (To see is To believe ) in my country we have that saying *to see is to believe which translates perfect in spanish
Woop, day one
In the example ´´Pasé el día leyendo.´´ why we didn´t use the auxiliary verb estar?
❤️
Esto es todavía muy dificíl!!!
D
"Estoy comiendo" or " Yo como", interchangable in many cases?
Ver es creer translates fine to English as To see is to believe.
ok , so using ing as an adjective , are we just adding iente to the infinitive form of the verb?
I wish u could use board board again
fun fact: poniente is a synonym for 'west' - the direction that the sun sets.
Man oh man....that is NOT easy Danny!
The Gerund explanation is oversimplified ¿?
