  • Hey creeps! This week Britni FINALLY uses that black six foot skeleton she purchased at World Market last Halloween, and makes a skeleton floor lamp! Where did she get this idea you ask?
Oh, just Midge Munster’s RUclips channel. Since starting to watch Midge’s channel roughly two years ago, Brit has had eyes for her aqua skeleton lamp which serves as Midge’s trusty sidekick whenever she films videos from her at home studio space. You probably have seen more and more options for skeleton floor lamps popping up on niche websites like The Blackened Teeth for astronomical prices (let’s be honest though, TBT is doing it right with making their own molds and creating their own casts warranting that steep price point), however if $600 is not in your budget for a new skeleton floor lamp…Brit has your back! Tag along and learn how to make your own makeshift skeleton floor lamp in this step-by-step tutorial! Let’s get crafty and make a skeleton floor lamp!

I've seen these around for AGES, but always balked at the idea of tearing my beloved skeletons apart, especially now that they're so pricey. Love your version.

Thank you Jennifer! You’re right, skeletons can be quite pricey, but it’s still cheaper than many pre-made skeleton lamps out there!

Hi Britni! This is so cool!! Thanks for the other channel info, I have to go check it out!
It’s funny because I’m 46 and I always loved skulls and everything dark but in the 90’s and early 2000’s I was seen as a freak and most people were scared just because I had a skull collection ! But now, a lot of people like them (or they just admit it now 😂) . Anyway, thank you for your channel, I absolutely love your videos! Hope you got a skull chocolate for Easter! 😜

Hey Eve! It’s so interesting to see how things have evolved where many people seem to be more outwardly accepting of dark and macabre things(at least from my perspective😜). I have some guesses as to why this happened, like how we grew up reading Goosebumps and Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, while watching scary tv shows catering to kids like Are You Afraid of the Dark. All these things contributed to us being spooky kids who grew up into spooky adults, which has translated into an affinity for Halloween and skull collections!😂 Thank Eve for all your kind comments, and continuing to watch video after video! You really know how to put together a comment that makes my heart smile! Happy belated Easterween!🖤

Great job. It would be cool if you could turn the lump on and off by pulling on one of the arms. Or am I just being weird?

Lol, that would be awesome! I think I need to watch more video tutorials to be able to pull that off, and I’m sure there’s a pull my finger joke to be made somewhere in here…😂

    Hi Britni!
I love girls with power tools. You’re also a bone fitter, pipe fitter and an amateur electrician. You made me a little nervous using the wood bit to hollow out the bones. Put a glove on that hand!
    Fun stuff!

Lol, you’re right, I thought about wearing utility gloves as a safety precaution after I was done hollowing out the bones. I guess I’ll know better for next time! Thanks Brad!😄
