The interviewer is amazing, good questions without interruptions as the men speak throughout the interviews of what I’ve seen so far. That being said, the interviewees left me speechless with their recollections of the war they served in. I’m from Canada and we didn’t get involved in the Vietnam war militarily. Rightly so, maybe not. But that was up to our government at the time, although 30,000 Canadians did join various branches stateside to fight the war. Again, rightly so, maybe not. God bless all Vietnam veterans, thank you for your service and welcome home.

Roger Kimble should have been featured in Ken Burns Vietnam series. He gave the most cogent interview in this series I have seen, by far.

I heard a very interesting statistic: The big hooraw was we were there to stop communist expansion - Prior to Vietnam there were 14 countries who turned to communism, after Vietnam there were 4. Sorry I cannot find my source
