Both have same cpu, ram, ssd so gonna work same way.
V product line is usually more expensive, if you find at same price - it is probably better, I think it come with Windows 11 Pro.
Either one will not be good for gaming with integrated graphics. You can play minecraft and roblox though

I forgot, i think 4 soldered + 4 in slot. So you can make it 4+16=20
