Does anyone know how to do this with an avatar that already had a previous version of gogoloco? I followed the steps in the tutorial and the new animations work, but the ones from the previous version not

unity doesn't show VRC Avatar Descriptor, only my VRM properties. where to find that?

I've never tried importing a VRM model into Unity though, you can add a VRC avatar descripter from "add component" if you don't see VRC avatar descripter. Then you can open VRC avatar descripter to add its important stuff (mouth moving when you're talking, view point, expression menu, Base~FX stuff... etc)
