Nice presentation. But I think the point that you can't see outside the viewfinder with the other eye on an SLR is incorrect. I can see the scene in fornt of me with my other (left) eye just fine with all my SLRs. The point with the rangefinder is that you can, to some extent and not with the 28 mm as it fills the entire view, see more of the scene in the finder around the frames. Also I would like to mention that Zeiss makes some very sharp lenses for the M mount that are a lot less costly than Leica's own. The 75mm does not get frame lines, only corner marks in the viewfinder. Here the Zeiss Ikon ZM is much better. I have both and the Zeiss is a much easier camera to use. Thank you.

I use my left eye to shoot - always found rangefinders annoying and disconnected.
