Pf. Elly Kassman
The Piano Sonata No. 2 in G major by Paul Hindemith was composed in 1936. A typical performance lasts 13 minutes. The shortest of his three piano sonatas, Hindemith thought of this sonata as a sonatina, and its writing is considered to be accessible even to amateurs.
The sonata is in three movements:
Mäßig schnell
Lebhaft
Sehr langsam - Rondo: Bewegt Видеоклипы
While the first sonata comes with a sense of seriousness and intimacy, a sense of nostalgia, the second one is more playful and easy-minded. Again a beautiful piece from Hindemith.
I'll try this one. It has a lovable theme.
Otra maravilla de Hindemith. Gran composición: bellísima. Me matan esos acordes arpegiados en detención (me fascinan). Muchas gracias por compartir desde Buenos Aires, Argentina.
absolutely insane. I guess it sounds cool on harpsichord, with 8’ 4’
Great themes in the 1st mov.
The beginning of the theme of the third movement sounds like Franck's Preludé, aria et final
Please, someone--who is the performer? I'm guessing "Professor Elly Kassman?" Sounds like it was taken from a vinyl record.
Frank Montoya it is kassman
“Pf” stands for pianoforte, not professor
