Major props to the lookout on the ballast wagon during the initial uphill push - no nice warm cab for them until afterwards! Also, just wondering, was the camera operator able to fly the drone back into the cab to retrieve it after the shot at Penrhyn crossing? Apropos WHHR, other videos I've seen suggest they seem to run at least some of their locos with air brakes rather than vacuum - that reminds me that I haven't seen you show us anywhere how your steam locos actually create that vacuum - steam-powered air pumps have that characteristic wonky grandfather clock sound, vacuum seems to be more discrete, can you perhaps show us the inner workings on one of your Boston Lodge or Dinas visits, please? Thanks in advance \m/
@@FfWHR-MovingPictures thanks for your reply. Ive not been to the Welsh narrow gauge lines since the 60s when preservation was in its early days Im amazed by progress made. Great RUclips channel!

Those Garretts have got some power to take those Ffestiniog climbs
Strictly speaking they are Garratts and they work on the Welsh Highland Railway. And yes they are powerful.
