I don't understand why these judicial nominees don't spend a few hours watching other nominees or reading the transcript of other nominees being questioned by Kennedy because for years he's been asking from a pool of the same 35-40 questions. If there's a big case currently on the scotus docket, esp involving an unresolved theory, he may also ask about the theory.

I love judges and understand their authority but far too many judges act like they're kings.
I'm honestly blown away that social media has such a grip on this world now that prospective JUDGES are getting struck down because of globally broadcasting their emotional messages and rants because they just can't control their inner tantrum-throwing child. And that's BEST case scenario. A worse scenario is that is who they truly are.
I say it's a very good thing, because we get to expose them for who they are. Typically these people would most definitely use their biases in their judgments. This man most definitely would, if any conservative were to step foot in his courtroom, without even knowing about the case he would most definitely commit to giving them the worst punishment possible

Oh wow... It's my first time seeing Senator Kennedy, and I must say he is incredibly intelligent. He asks questions with a gentle and polite demeanor, yet his precision and accuracy in getting straight to the point are truly impressive. He skillfully highlights the weaknesses of the other party. I am a staunch republican, but Mr. Ho seemed to show great humility at some points and honesty at others.
