Dear Tahir i think you are talking about return air which is coming from thr room and going back to the machine. There is one option in the hap ducted return you have to select that option. hope you got your answer

I have one more question, that why isn't latent heat being calculated in the report. Thanks again.

Why is there difference in sensible cooling load of total central cooling summary(48.8 MBH) and total zone sizing summary (39.1 MBH)
Sensible load is the load which occurs due to temperature only
Total load is Sensible plus latent load thats why it is different i think you got the answer of your question
