I am a Bengali and am already having my mouth watered. Recently visited Coimbatore and experience the heavenly food over there near my hotel, Vijay Elanza, including the delicious street food at night on the nearby RTO office street. This is that ultimate culinary delight of dream. Coimbatore and Tamil food as a whole is heaven. We have such a heavenly diversity in India! hats off to authentic Tamilian food. I have had enough of it to judge, both breakfast items and lunch. I will positively learn making each of these items here in Bengal at my home. I learn from everywhere whatever is genuinely good.
Very good description and my next visit will get this catering.
