    I am a locksmith here in the US I enjoy watching your videos I think you’re very educational person and the things that you say help to let people know whether the products of any good or not as we know some things that come from China aren’t any good but other things may work out keep up the good work I enjoy your videos

    The orange pliers are used to saw off the through bolts for the cheaper door handles. The pliers are usually quite thin so they can slip behind the escutcheon to get to the bolts.

    Also, the foil impressioning kit will not work on Mul-t-lock telescoping pin style locks. However, it works well on Garrison and 7x7, as well as many other standard inline dimple style pin tumbler lock cylinders :)

      This is the information that I miss in the video! Thanks!

      BTW regarding 7x7, I am wondering: Isn't there a mushroom KEY pin as a counter-measure against this impressioning attack? I saw it in the last chamber in the video "[17] Mul-T-Lock Garrison 7x7 Euro Cylinder Picked and Gutted" Maybe a newer version?

    great video man! in the US those orange pliers are used to grab onto cylinders and twist, usually for ones that are only recessed from the door a little bit and break the security screw that holds it into the door. the smaller hole at the tip of them is for peepholes, same basic principal.

      That's another grate use for them, so far I found then good to hold a bolt that was spinning and tighten the nut, but I like your use better , I will give it a go, thanks for the comment

    The Souber brand tools should be from England :) They're quite famous for their dimple picks that are dedicated for Mul-t-lock. Thanks for sharing!

    From the most hillarious name on RUclips... When you hold a product, keep it still. Slowly, move it toward the camera, not much, just enough. I thank you for your informative video. Regards. (U.K.)

    The pliers are for the peep hole? The Talon thingy is a over lifter I think

    I think those pliers are for automotive locks to remove the disc tumblers.

      No, I have another set that do that, I will do a video on them next, I found this tool good for spinning bolts, some auto trim work , and holding screws and bolts. This is my first set , and they have come in handy a few times, when things are spinning

      I was curious about tubular bit but I just noticed you said it was upwards of $60 I can get it for 35 just didn't know if it was cheaper from china..in 4 years I've needed one twice. Thanks for the reply

    • @DrLockShop
      @DrLockShop  7 лет назад

      Hi, That's $60 AUSD, we pay more for imported tools, If you do alot of tubular locks, its good to have, we use tubular locks on mailboxes , so its worth having to save a little time. better the a stitch drill, cleaner then a grinder, quicker then a drill through.. but its a luxury to have one all the same
